This is a wonderful place. You will meet others like yourself!

Some are still walking, some are using walking aids and some in wheelchairs. Everyone is very friendly.

There is a yoga/chair exercise class on Tuesdays and
Thursdays.

We play Bingo too on both those days, which everyone really enjoys.

A £5 entrance fee is required, and you get a free hot drink and biscuits with that.

The hall can be hired.

Excellent facilities and it is good to hold a memory cafe there once a month, and it's down to the volunteers from the Rotary clubs of Barkingside and Redbridge long. may it continue keep safe and in touch. We also held our Christmas 🎄 community lunch for about 80 people, and it was a very lovely occasion
