Amazing service and one of the best massage places I’ve ever been and I’ve been to loads in London. Tik is simply the best, very professional and polite and knew what she was doing. I highly recommend . I’ll be back every 2 weeks. One session and my back pain was gone. Thank you again 🙏

I recently visited this spa for a massage and I am regular there too, while my experience with Mon, my massage therapist, was exceptional, I left feeling disappointed due to the behavior of the front desk staff.

Mon was truly outstanding, professional, skilled, and attentive to my needs. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, and I felt well taken care of. If this review were solely about Mon, it would be a glowing five stars.

Unfortunately, my experience at the reception overshadowed this. I attended the appointment with my sister, and while I understand that having similar names might cause confusion, the situation was handled poorly. The receptionist repeatedly asked us to clarify our names and then commented, “That’s weird that your names sound so similar.” To make matters worse, a customer waiting in the lobby laughed at the remark, which made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional.

While I appreciate the services provided by the therapist, the conduct at the front desk left me feeling unwelcome. I hope the staff can be trained to handle such situations with more sensitivity and professionalism in the future. A little thoughtfulness at the front desk would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

I have been going to Maresia for a few years occasionally and the team has been polite and welcoming towards me. As I have been going for a long time, I had many different therapists and left the spa feeling good. However, I had the BEST experience today with Linda. She knew what I needed and focused on my knots. I didn’t have to say anything. I will now visit Maresia regularly asking for Linda. Thank you x

I have been here a few times and while I have enjoyed some massages more than others, I have never had a bad experience. Customer service has always been good and the people on the front desk have always been nice and welcoming. Today I had a 1hr deep tissue massage booked in but was called a couple of hours before appointment time and asked if I wanted to come earlier as they had had a cancellation, so I went. Om who did my massage was great, was very attentive and when I asked for her to focus on/avoid specific areas of my body and to lighten pressure a bit when I found it too hard, she did exactly that. She also stretched me well/cracked areas of my body I didn't know needed cracking, which was really nice and satisfying and the part I enjoyed most. Would book with her next time!

Had a deep tissue massage by Amy, best ever massage , I had a very bad painful knot in my upper left back and she really put a huge amount of pressure on all of the knots during the massage and found new knows in my neck, arm and shoulder. I expect to be bruised tomorrow but ultimately my back should feel better and I’m confident it will. Definitely returning! Very professional and great price.

Amazing massage highly recommend. Unfortunately, I didn't get my masseuses name, but she was amazing and adjusted the massage pressure perfectly to how I wanted and, most importantly got out those knots! Thank you. Me and my husband left feeling rejuvenated 😊

I have been to Maresia Spa so many times, and each time it just seems to get better. They have so many great masseuses, but Linda is absolutely my go to lady! She is unbelievable. She just seems to know exactly what my body needs each time and which areas need more focus. I've had many massages in my life & within many countries, but Linda is top tier. And honestly, the others I've had there were good as well. I love this spa and seeing my favorite receptionist Sofia always makes my day!
