Service is bad.I missed my appointment because of receptionist.I came at 9am. at surgery.Receptionist was busy talking by phone.Computer for booking not working.I sit dawn and start waiting for my appointment at 9:10 .I was waiting for my name on the ticker . After 20min. I went to the reception and asked about my appointment.I was told I missed my appointment.And now I need new appointment.So if receptionist is busy , I have no options....well well.Fix your computer it broken for years.Car park computer working perfect.I think it's not fear.You must inform patients about your rules: to inform reception upon arrival.Your service is very, very poor from any side.It's not my first complaint and you do nothing to improve it.You don't care about people at all.Thank you very much, for making my life miserable.

They get stuff done here! At my previous GP when I needed a derm referral it took months to even see the right person, then longer to get the bloods I needed to see the specialist . This week I had my referral Monday, processed by Wednesday and my bloods done today (Friday). Also the phlebotomist is soo lovely!

Cheers for the parking ticket. When the signs are clearly hidden and out of view to motorists. When cars are parked in front of them. Yet to the right of your car park, it's free. So whoever decided this at the maples should be ashamed. If it matters so much, put a barrier thier using an anpr system. There are not some disgusting tactics. The irony of it is that the fines aren't going to some place good when most say your service is shocking. So if you'd like me to re position the signs to be more clear to other users like they should be. Please reply to the post, and unlike yourself, I will gladly do it free of charge. As we all know, why should people get fined when signs are clearly hidden and places in obscure line of sight.

The surgery in general is a separate review but it’s a mixed one for me but I just wanted to leave a separate review for Dr/Mr Smith at the surgery. He was the most kind, caring and ‘human’ doctor I have ever seen and genuinely felt like he wanted to help and even went over my designated appointment time because of my situation. I wish my GP experience in general was somewhere near as good as my one appointment with him. He is a great credit to the surgery

This GP is way way better than my last one, they pick up phone, line never busy, they tell you what’s your queue. Sorted you quickly.

I know there’re always mixed reviewed but this is my experience!!

My last one is worse experience ever with gp in UK, their line busy 90% of the time and reception is racist to me.

I have always been with this practice and whenever I have needed an appointment I've managed to get one. Receptionists have always been helpful and Dr raijput in particular has been so approachable and helpful to myself and other family members. Keep doing the great job you are all doing.

Not sure why they’re giving bad reviews. I have just moved over 3 months ago and outstanding service is what it is from reception staff to doctors. On arrival put your car registration on the machine then you won’t get a parking fine.

If you goto to holyCroft medical then that is awful hence why I moved.

Maples keep up the good work and thank you for all your support so far.

Very good and efficient service without any dramas of any sort , been using maples for years now and they have been amazing and accommodating every time
