Honestly cant thank the home treatment team enough epscialy rosemary, Lee and Michelle. These 3 have been detrimental in my recovery aswell as Dr Mike. All 4 staff members are so easy to talk to! The centre is always clean and tidy. And I honestly feel without this centre and the care plan I have I wouldnt be here today.
When services are soo cut back and loosing funding all the time I know I'm very lucky to have received the ongoing help I am. I honestly cant thank you guys enough!

The 1 star is for the friendly receptionists.
Underfunding has obviously effected the services and the work load of staff but that doesn't account for the lack of care, professionalism and compassion from the psychiatrist and duty nurses. I'm told contradicting information and mislead about my care plan constantly. Using their services has actually had a detrimental effect on my mental health and I absolutely hate going here but have no other choice.

Keep gettin onto em about my prescription in over 1 year being here they've sorted it out 3 times and the last time I couldn't retrieve it because they hadn't stamped my prescription, waste of time, might as well just go kill yaself and get it over with cuz these lot will drive you insane if you ent already. Dont seem to care if you get your medication, and now there isnt even a contact number available on their page. I'm embarrassed
I'll be cancelling my services with this group effective immediately.

Home treatment here are terrible was ment to see us Saturday and pay for a taxi its now almost a week later and 2 days before Xmas when we have stuff to do and they expect us to rush down there and see them when they can be bothered instead of when it was needed
