Poor customer services. Receptionists are so unprofessional, won't let you explain the reason you are calling. Every time i had an issue and was calling around 11:00 they would say its too late, call early.morning 08:30, and next day you call and nobody answers, you wait in queue for more than an hour and they say the same thing again, call early morning as there is nothing they can do. Today i had called to ask for a sick note and was trying to explain the situation while she just hang up on me. If they don't like working there maybe get somebody more capable instead.

I have been going to this GP surgery for years now and honestly there is not a single bad thing I could say about them. Whenever I go in for appointments, they are always so lovely and welcoming. Of course making an appointment in the morning might sometimes be a little difficult due to the limited spaces that are available but I haven’t had an issue with that so far. 🙂

Absolutely useless, spend 40 minutes waiting to speak to reception on a number of issues as when asking the gp to change something they say they've changed it but actually don't, then when you finally get through to reception they say the don't have any availability for today... And to phone back tomorrow you phone back the next day and they just hang up on you! Absolute crap!

Worst GP practice. Poor phone etiquette of RECEPTIONIST! No compassion to send patients away! Always no available appointments EVERYDAY! Specially the receptionist that always puts the phone so quick and will just say woth a rude tone “how can I help? Call 8am in the morning because we are fully booked today.” No phone etiquette! Not accommodating and i am calling for my child! It’s 8:30 am! WORST WORST Worst ever!

So it's 6 PM, and I'm on hold on the phone, it goes past 630, and IM number one in the queue, but yet they re closed, they are absolutely screwed up. I cannot stand these doctors anymore. I feel like they have my whole life under control

My child has been experiencing severe allergies for the past nine months, and unfortunately, our experiences with this GP have not been helpful. During one appointment, the doctor mentioned that they requested allergy tests, but we have yet to receive an appointment for that.

For parents considering this GP practice for their children, I would advise caution based on my experience.

One of the worst Surgeries in Northampton. I think receptionists are running the practice, giving advise without speaking to Drs, to speak to a pharmacist for a 8 month old baby who has fever and nasty cough. All the time they finish appointments by 8.30 am and ask to call 111.

Worst GP reception very rude I asked for a doctor they say go to the pharmacy I asked for appointment they don’t even pass you to the doctors rude people working over there. Shame on them how they treat patients. I am in pain bleeding and they don’t even give me the appointment, I am on the phone every 10 minutes asking for appointment and they just kicking me out from the line. I don’t know why the government leave these people work GP is not for rude people. It’s to treat Patient reception acting like they are doctors.
