Never have an issue with reception or Dr's. However the surgery looks dirty, paint is chipped off the walls due to sellotape and blu-tac usage. Got to wipe your feet on the way out nevermind on the way in. Needs a good clean.

I received a call back from the GP who let the phone ring for only 1 ring and hung up before I could even pick up. Spent 1 hour waiting in the phone queue which is to be expected but when I finally made it to position 1 the phone was ringing for over 5 minutes, no one picked up and the line ended! Absolutely ridiculous , hire more reception staff or get the current ones to do a better job!

My mum is in A&E because this ridiculous practice may as well be non-existent. She cannot travel alone and is reliant on calling but hasn't been able to get through for a long time.

I actually cannot believe the unprofessionalism of the staff at this practice. I waited a while to get through and then the staff member literraly told me that I am not an urgent case and then decided to cut me off when I was responding. I am leaving this practice.

Receptionist very poor not helpful dont want to help only only response I get thank you thankyou. They do not want to help and want to put phone down soon as you ring them have no manners will be reporting to higher management place needs investigation
