Had another appointment with Teresa Howard today. She an incredible nurse, always professional and caring. Had an ECG today. Previously had injection and bloods taken and she's always so gentle and manages to do the procedures with minimal pain. Thank you Teresa.

Nicola/Nicky is a treasure to the practice. Her patience, understanding and kindness goes such a long way. She is absolutely great at her role. The only receptionist there that I’ve had a good experience with! She should teach the rest of them some decorum and kindness. Thank you Nicky for all your help in the recent months. You’ve been absolutely fantastic. If I could give you 100stars, I would!
Many thanks,
Renata

My daughter had a blood test with Alisha Hamilton today and the nurse was amazing. My daughter was extremely anxious so I wasn't sure if she would allow bloods to be taken but the nurse was so calming, friendly and helpful that she managed to do it. What a wonderful nurse, thank you so much for your patience today and your lovely nature. You're a star

Dear Mandeville Practice

A quick note to say thank you, particularly aimed at Dr Zunaira. I saw her today for a consultation, and she was absolutely fantastic. She listened! I didn't think people did that anymore. She took her time with me and was so helpful. I did not feel rushed at all. She simply went above and beyond, and desrves recognition for her level of diligence and care she gave me today. She did not rush me or make me feel like I was taking up her valuable time.

It's nice to know that there are still caring GPs out there who are willing to help out to the best of their ability. She was very friendly, bubbly and chatty and made me feel totally at ease. PLEASE KEEP HER! Would highly recommend her to anyone needing an appointment.

And to all the team at the Mandeville Practice - I know we are living in a very hectic, busy world and appointments are few and far between, but I have always had positive experiences with all the team members at this practice. Thank you. I've seen a lot of negative responses for the practice, and maybe I am lucky, but I have never had one myself to date being registered here for the past 10+ years. Once again - thank you.

Kind regards

Ash Farooq

Teresa is a brilliant asset to The Mandeville Practice. I've never come across someone so friendly, always smiling and comfortable to be around. Most importantly she draws blood instantly which isn't usually so simple with me. Well done

This is the worst GP practice I’ve ever had and I’ve ben to a couple.
Last week Monday I booked an appointment for today (the following Friday the week after) as that was the only one available about a very pressing concern of mine. On the day of the appointment, 2 hours before I get a text to say it had been cancelled. They didn’t rebook but they mentioned in the text to call the practice. I was waiting in the phone air for 58 minutes before somebody answered and bearing in mind I called at 8am. Whilst being on hold to them I went in to the practice with my newborn to see why it had been cancelled and to rearrange for the same day. I was greeted by a very rude receptionist which seemed like she was guarding these appointments with her life.
She then proceeds to tell me that she can offer me a telephone appointment next week or a face to face one the week after. I said this was not acceptable, I have already waited nearly 2 weeks for the appointment and it is not my fault that the appointment is cancelled. “There’s nothing we can do” that’s all that kept coming out her mouth. In the end I got very upset and just had to agree to a telephone appointment even though they will end up saying on the phone that I NEED to be seen face to face.
You’re better off waiting in a&e for 8 hours than even attempting to speak to these rude receptionists. Her attitude was disgusting and the service was even worse. I am not one to book an appointment for anything. So this was very hard for me to accept as I never really have appointments for myself.
On the phone after an hour wait I spoke about My newborn daughter has RSV and my toddler has bronchiolitis and I was told to attend the walk in centre in Amersham if I required to be seen as there is nothing available for 2 weeks. Why do they even have phone lines if they have no available appointments?
This is why a&e is always full and overcrowded, because GPS like this one don’t know how to deliver.

Absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary stress today. I do not recommend whatsoever. Please avoid this practice at all costs
