Visited here yesterday as my Dr requested i have a 24hr ❤ monitor fitted it was not fitted and was told after being put on ECG machine for 5 mins just like A&E did a few weeks ago I don't need it by a very rude uncaring inconsiderate Dr even my Dr said that's not long enough that's why she requested a 24 hr machine this Dr made me feel very unwelcome he also pushed very hard into my chest twice knowing I have Chronic pain caused by FM which resulted in a very sore and bruised chest today not happy. ?

Appointment pushed back 30 mins day before. 45 mins late on the day for the appointment. No one told me during the wait it was going to be late or kept me updated. Uninterested staff.
Explanation pre MRi very poor.
Results not passed to my consultant in a timely manner. And they NEVER answer the phone.
Personally find another Nuffield to go to. This is the worst private hospital experience I've had in my life
