Absolutely useless" However, the same reviewer later edited their review to five stars, stating, "Sorted in the end. My dad even has a nurse visiting him. During these last few months I have had the misfortune of needing to become a frequent visitor to my GP, albeit mainly via the online triage and telephone service (as well as a few face-to-face visits).

The practice was notably timely in its responses to me - the same day and often within a few hours - and the symptoms I presented were easily dealt with via prescriptions which themselves (and the numerous follow-up repeats) were generally available the same day.

It is difficult to find fault with treatment I received, including the in-house first touch physiotherapist and the referral he generated to Malvern hospital (for further outpatient physio assessment).

I was able to help the surgery by giving focussed information and suggesting which solutions might work (based on previous experience of these recent circumstances but from some years earlier). This meant I got exactly what I needed in terms of information, advice and treatment.

Three months later and the temporary problems have abated, probably for good, and a different set of circumstances instead prevailed. I had a bit of a delay in getting a face-to-face appointment this time but that is because the triage process rightly assessed my needs as being less urgent. Today's meeting with a doctor provided me with a sound explanation and summary of my symptoms diagnosed via a set of recent NHS assessments, such that I understand what to do and why (in short, don't worry, not much is wrong, and certainly nothing serious).

I think I have been with the practice since about 2012, having "moved" when North End amalgamated - anyway, a decade or more - and I haven't had anything other than good experiences including various things like "well man" assessments, some blood tests, covid shots, probably other things I can't remember. I m not a frequent visitor to the surgery, averaging once a year, or perhaps less frequent (excepting these last few months as mentioned) but the staff have been and continue to be first class.

Terrible lady on reception, rude and short with patients. Perhaps she learn some manners and realise that people dont know where things are on there first visit to the surgery. All the other staff are great, but yeah, best sort the reception lady.

Im with this surgery for 4 years, anytime I had any issue, they tried to resolve it on the same day, mostly successful outcome. Just keep it this way, thank you

I have been really happy with the service and support I’ve received here so far. Both times I’ve filled out the online form to speak to a GP, I’ve been seen same day and received a prescription or a follow up at the hospital promptly. The receptionist and both GPs I dealt with were kind and professional.

I had concerns after 27 weeks waiting to see a consultant, that my hospital appointment had been cancelled by the NHS. A member of staff, Carmel, phoned the hospital, spoke to the consultant's secretary and was able to put my mind at ease.
Fast and efficient.

There's no zero so have had to give 1 star. I maintain my mother died prematurely at their hands even though a ripe age. I called them out increasingly frequently about her feet changing colour (start of necrosis) & her horrendous cough (chest infection). These 2 x reasons were the result of her death but I was calling them out to do something. They totally (several of their doctors) ignored my pleas - end result - DEATH! Plenty of things could have been done had they bothered. Their treatment- paracetamol! Shut the place down! Horrendous! Other consultants agree with me re her LACK of treatment. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there! They expedited my mother's passing by not treating her, not listening, not caring .......... I won't add photos - too distressing but don't trust them with your loved ones. I have told the GMC.

Receptionists were more understanding & helpful than doctors!

My COVID injection was quick and efficient. The nurse was friendly and very competent, and I was not there more than a couple of minutes. It was a highly professional job from all concerned.
