CHILD ASSESSMENT
I cannot fault the service we received from the team who were kind, understanding and welcoming. However if like us you are seeking an assessment for ADHD for a child who you believe to mask and the school do not agree please consider this before booking. Through watching there social media about masking I believed that masking at school and them not agreeing would not be a deciding factor in the outcome of the assessment. However this is not the case, my daughters report states there is evidence of impacting symptoms at home, a QB test and diva scores that support a diagnosis however did not meet the criteria for a diagnosis as this is not evidenced across all environments and is not reflected in information received from school. There was also no mention of consideration or the possibility of masking while at school mentioned in the report. I know everyone’s experience can be different but I just wanted to share ours with parents who may be in the same position.

I had a blood test at the ECG clinic today and it was probably the best blood test I have ever had, the service was excellent, the nurse took her time and was so careful which was so lovely as I always get a little nervous to have my bloods done, the area is also very beautiful too!

I had the best experience ever with the clinic. I needed specific blood tests and the service was excellent. The results came out very fast and presented brilliantly with proper care and recommendations. I can recommend wemakewell with all my heart and bless their excellent service.

Shocking customer service, I booked rabies vaccinations for my partner and I, only to be told a month later that our appointment was cancelled as they ran out of the vaccine despite ensuring us they wouldn’t. Why they can’t reserve vaccines for booked customers is beyond me. I would have happily payed a deposit to secure the vaccines. This no different to if I’d booked a table at a restaurant, turned up on time, and then they’d sold my table to someone else. They were also very slow at responding to calls as only one person deals with vaccines and isn’t always there, so it took us an extra 2 weeks to get booked for the appointment, although that doesn’t matter now as we don’t have one anymore anyway. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to source your vaccines.

Kind, reassuring and straightforward experience. Everyone, from the receptionists to the psychologist and nurse specialist made us feel welcomed and my Husband felt listened to.
Even though we had to send in a number of pre-assessment questionnaires the assessment day was still quite intense and we were glad to have a break and a change of scenery half way through.

My Husband had his assessment with the nurse and therapist first and then the Qb test. We had long thought he had ADHD and so the diagnosis was a confirmation of this and he is now doing well in medication. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience with Makewell was stress free. The staff were friendly, patient and offered a full explanation throughout the ADHD diagnosis journey. The setting is beautiful and parking is hassle free. Follow ups have been on time with a choice of in person or on-line. Nice guidelines adhered to so total peace of mind. I would highly recommend the Makewell team.

Very unprofessional, would not allow me in to my child’s assessment when she wanted me in the room even though I repeatedly said I wanted to be my daughter was left shaking and just given a few toys to play with ( she’s 15) my daughter and I left very upset and has affected us both extremely- complaint lodged.
