I visited Lucy after going through 2 failed attempts of irrigation at my doctors. She fitted me in last minute, on the same day, as we were due to fly a couple of days later and I needed to see someone urgently. Lucy was really kind and reassuring as I was quite concerned about flying with a blocked ear. She explained what she was going to do before she started and within ten minutes of arriving she had removed the plug of wax that was causing the problem. I didn’t feel any pain and she was very gentle. If you have any problems with an ear wax blockage I would highly recommend Lucy to sort it out.
