I visit this practice regularly for myself, my elderly mother, my three teenagers, and my husband, and I've always been impressed with the care we receive. Practicing within the confines of the NHS isn't easy, but this surgery does a fantastic job. I've seen many doctors and nurses here, and every single one of them has been excellent. They truly go above and beyond to provide the best care possible.

The best GP Surgery I’ve ever used. The Dr’s and reception staff are all excellent, extremely knowledgable, helpful and caring. I try not to bother them unless I have to, but whenever I’ve really needed them they’ve been superb!

I understand that experiences can vary, but I’m surprised by the level of negativity in some of the comments about this practice. It seems that a sense of entitlement or a misunderstanding of medical procedures might be contributing to the frustration. It’s important to remember that the medical staff are not robots at our disposal but human beings dedicated to helping us stay healthy.

Yes, I had to wait a bit for my first appointment, but this is a common issue in many Western countries where there’s a delicate balance between tax levels and healthcare services. We sometimes forget how fortunate we are to have the NHS, especially when compared to other countries where you may have to pay upfront and then seek reimbursement, where accessing your health records can be challenging, or where wealth dictates your access to quality care.

The staff here have been nothing but caring, friendly, and supportive. My medical records are thoroughly documented and easily accessible through the NHS app. They truly deserve a 5-star review!

This is the worst G P practice I have ever encountered. The G P’s are unsympathetic and don’t want to see patients. During a recent review a G P informed me that I had a heart attack back in October 2023 which wasn’t the case. She didn’t read my notes correctly which I found alarming. My wife has been very unwell recently and in desperation we called in to the practice to get urgent advice. The receptionist spoke to someone and came back with a urine sample bottle which was of no help whatsoever. The building has seen better days and the car park is full of pot holes. I would not recommend this practice.

Firstly, I agree with the wonderful Dr Dyerson’s message that no one should be abusive to the reception staff. However they have the near impossible job of pacifying disgruntled / disappointed patients.
The young people behind the reception counter are the one area that’s improved in recent years. Presumably those with no compassion or care have retired.
Unfortunately the overall quality of care has declined exponentially over recent years.
Not enough staff answering the phone – over 15 minutes in caller position one to get through! Surely more than one person should be answering the phone! There always seems to be plenty of staff hiding out the back.
Impersonal E-Consultations should be for those that are happy to use them, not a barrier for doctors to hide behind.
It seems like doctors are still using Covid as an excuse to not see patients as it’s nigh on impossible to see a doctor face to face.
It appears that the practice is poorly managed, and a sad reflection of the overall decline of the NHS.

My daughter is 2 years post a bone marrow transplant following blood cancer. She has had so many twists and turns. We moved from Virginia Water to Sunningdale and I was terrified of having to engage with a new local team after the extensive journey we have been on. I can only express words to say how kind, supportive and thorough the practice as a whole have been to me and my family. They have been there to build new protocols, dabble in care between two treatment centres in London - just all of it. A special mention for Dr Dyerson, Dr Hartstone and Dr Zihari - true legends! From the Rajah Bairds! God bless you for all you are to my family in the darkest scariest times in our lives.

I agree with the previous reviews , My mother used to be a patient with this practice but in the last few months it has gone downhill badly , It was impossible for my mother to see Dr Patel or Dr Dyerson anymore and all we were offered were the usual phone appointments with new GPs or Nurses , Not good enough and now we have switched to Ascot Medical centre the level of care is much better for her , It is a long journey from the village but at least she can see a GP in person now.

One too many times, I have asked for help from the GP for medication, only to have to be forced to go to a&e to get real help when symptoms have worsen, and be admitted to the hospital. Had I been seen to in the first place, the worse may have been prevented! The fact that they make you jump through hoops just to get a telephone call, rather than face to face for a real diagnosis is ridiculous.
