I have been going to MHR for almost 4 years now (work hours permitting). I have not come across an organisation with the strong sense of community as deep-set as MHR. The employees of MHR are professional, genuine and have a wealth of experience.

Not only have I found this hidden haven but I have found a support network of friends (employees and attendees).

This charity has achieved fantastic feats. The problem of poor social inclusion and its effect on mental health is often understated - this charity caters for this need in the community.

There were points where I was low and this community helped me grow from that. The support is phenomenal and I would 100% recommend anyone thinking of going for a little emotional support to go here.

I have been attacked while attending this establishment on two occasions these attacks were completely unprovoked and uncalled for. There was absolutely no support from the staff this is a dog eat dog establishment
