Lynne has an amazing ability to listen and really understand what you are saying. She is insightful and asks questions that really get to the heart of the issue and help you break it down.

I definitely notice a difference in the way I deal with challenges and everyday life. Lynne has supported me through the breakdown of my marriage and working to feel more confident into the next stages of my life.

I feel safe to explore all the difficult feelings in our sessions, there are a lot of tears but I always feel better afterwards. Also her room is lovely with an amazing view!

Lynne and I worked together on a consistent basis over a period of several years. When I first started the sessions, I had recently come out of hospital after reaching a fairly significant mental health crisis. From the early sessions, I felt comfortable with Lynne and was able to explore and better understand a wide range of things that had built up over many years.
