Please avoid. Receptionist was abrupt and rude today, when I was collecting my prescription, and I even when I clearly said I was collecting my prescription, she made me repeat it twice as though she couldn't understand me. Felt quite racist to me. I don't feel comfortable going there anymore. I'll try hard to get my prescription from my surgery where it's more mixed.

Doctor waheeb who has never met me, never been in the same room as me, an never spoken a word to me denied my medication today. Will be making a complaint against him. Maxine is my mental health nurse who goes above an beyond for me. That’s the only reason your getting a one star from me at the minute!!!!!!!! And dr waheeb can do 1

Doctors here are completely incompetent which is very dangerous for all. This seriously needs to be looked into. Although some of the other staff are decent.

Absolutely awful. Been a patient again since 2017. Don't send appointments anymore, when I ask for one I'm told "we send them 6-8 weeks in advance." It's been over a YEAR. Having to go through PALS to get heard, even then the manager can't be bothered to contact me as I was told they would. Disgrace of a service. Thanks for making my mental state worse.

So this place is great if you like leaving somewhere feeling more depressed and anxious. Let me just mention how my friend got a doctor who did not even speak English. My doctor told me dosage of my anti depressant is to low and not do anything for me and refused to increase it. Because I’m not ringing them up everyday saying I’m suicidal. He also told me my anxiety was fine when it’s not. He took me of a medication without reading my file to find out why I take it he also said 10 thousand steps is one mile. He also talked down to me for not having a job. Avoid this place with a 30 foot pole. Also they make you wait 20-30 minutes for a 5 minute appointment. Please don’t go here

Most of the staff working here, whether receptionists, managers or consultants are diabolical. These imbeciles are not fit to work alongside the handful of staff at Lyndon that are fantastic. There is a culture of being dismissive or being arrogant when raising concerns about simple matters that really require no expertise whatsoever.

The clinic manager told my suicidal friend that her life was not his concern. He refused to file paperwork for months and the clinic lied on all of the forms. When asked if he could check her record real quick, he refused because it was noon and he said he wanted to get off work at 1pm that day. This place does not care about their patients which you can see from so many other reviews.
