Joined this practice a few months ago after moving to the area and we have had a fantastic experience so far. Submitted a request for a last minute travel vaccination and was seen the same day by the wonderful nurse - Trudy I think. Dr Patel is also brilliant and the receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. This is the best surgery I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended.

Through the many years of being in and out of most NHS services (throughtout quite a few of the London boroughs), I can wholeheartedly say that you get a team who genuinely care. You don't feel as if you're a statistic for them to rush through, you get personalised and professional care.

I have been with Lyndhurst since moving back to the UK around a year ago. Every experience I have had has been good, staff are helpful and polite, practitioners are great. I know the NHS is under a lot of pressure so the service and care I receive here at this level is very much appreciated.

Lyndhurst surgery what can you say brilliant excellent service from receptionists nurses to doctors. Doctor Todd was my doctor and I really hope she sees this she helped me so much from my 1st appointment to my last I really didn't want to change but moved out of the area and had to 😪 if I could have stayed with her I would have I thankyou so much for what you did for me. Ruth the nurse again what you can say brilliant cannot fault any of the people that worked there im very sad that I won't be seeing any of them anymore but I really do hope that they see this review. Thankyou to all of you with love.

My exieriences here have been more or less ok up until today. Got a same day appointment for my baby who is ill. Over the phone, I specifically asked whether a later time was available and it wasn’t. We came in on time. And waited for an hour. Everyone who came into the waiting room before and after us during the first 40 minutes - was seen. I appreciate that the doctors are busy and it’s great we could get a same day appointment, but knowing at least approximately how long we’d have to wait would make all the difference. I’d have been happy to come an hour later if only I were informed how much the waiting time would be. Undefined waiting times are something I kind of expect at A&E, but not at the practice where you get an actual appointment time.
Please try not to mislead patients too much as to what time they will actually be seen.

Perfect! The doctors and care provided by this surgery are outstanding compared to what I had previously experienced. Their structured system and level of care should be replicated in other GP practices. Lyndhurst proves that it's not difficult to implement a well-organised system throughout NHS GP surgeries.

I changed doctors surgeries to here after many bad experiences at another surgery and it’s the best thing I could have done. The reception staff here are so lovely and welcoming and although of course appointments can be hard to get at times, they will ALWAYS try their hardest to get you seen and to help you. Every doctor/nurse I have seen here have been lovely and it’s been so nice to feel like no matter who you see they will care and be there to listen to you and help you. A huge thankyou though to Doctor Todd who is just absolutely amazing. She always treats me with such kindness and compassion and will listen to my concerns and do everything she can to help. She also goes into such detail which is so helpful and reassuring. Moving to this surgery is the best thing I could have done and I can’t thank everyone here enough for all they do! 🙂

Econsult submitted 4pm, response 4 35, with an appointment at 5pm with practice nurse. A call at 5pm from surgery and agreed I couldn't make it in time, so appointment made for next day. Surgery was very busy. A sign of normality returning.
