I never write reviews, and I wish I was writing this because I had exceptional service, but I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at a doctor’s office before, or any business really. I booked the appointment five days in advance. I had an email confirmation and, important to note, included NHS test results that I wanted to discuss in the appointment. Not only was my booking not registered and my information not in the system, but of course they had no record of the tests, which I thankfully brought copies of. Then when I gave all my information to the receptionist and she printed it out for review, 90% of the information was incorrect. I felt like she didn’t care. I was nervous coming to this appointment because of my ongoing health issue, and instead I became more frazzled by their lack of organization and attention to detail. They did get me in to see Dr Sameena Kausar who was immediately cold and unwelcoming. I had to repeat myself multiple times when she asked why I came to see her today and she kept asking questions to answers I already provided her with. I felt unheard and uncomfortable — she insisted I was probably experiencing these issues for a couple reasons, of which I explained multiple times the reasons she gave did not make sense nor apply to my situation. She hastily did a physical examination for all of 2 minutes and then proceeded to talk me through a few different options. She gave me conflicting information and made me feel like my medical issues were not concerning, even though they’ve been ongoing for over a year and the very reason I decided to ultimately pay out of pocket to go private is because I am very much concerned. She basically sent me on my way with homework for three months and said we can discuss after. Also paying via bank transfer felt so unprofessional. I received no receipt or notes about the appointment or medical “advice.” The fact that I’ve already had and paid for a consultation makes me want to follow through in three months, but the overall experience left me feeling so uncomfortable, confused and unheard that I do not want to go back.

My mum has been attending this clinic for over 6 months for physio due to sprained knee injury. She has made amazing progress due to the care provided. Lucy is an amazing physiotherapist. With her help my mum has gone from being dependent on crutches to walking on her own again. The admin staff, especially Reon, have done a great job with the medical documentation. She has also received great care under Dr Vik. The staff are very friendly and professional. It has been a fantastic experience thus far

Very friendly and efficient service! I went in for a blood test and Ramy was so kind, especially after I told her that I'm not the best with needles. She offered to bump up the AC to help ease my anxiety. The procedure was quick and went as well as I could've hoped.

Would have given 0 stars if not for the nice receptionist. The OB GYN Sameena Kausar was awful. I had a 5.40 pm appointment and she called me in at 6 pm. Apart from being late, she kept interrupting me while I was answering her questions during the consultation. She wouldn't let me finish my sentences. The manner in which she spoke to me was condescending and rude. Poor listener and exhibited zero empathy/bedside manners.

INCREDIBLY RUDE RECEPTION STAFF - especially the blonde, full-figured lady. Started to raise her voice at me when raising ongoing issues I have experienced with the practice.
Did 3 rounds of blood tests at the clinic - ALL LOST, including after me calling to chase them several times and apparently being told ‘It will be escalated to the manager’ NOTHING EVER GETS ESCALATED.
Was recommended by my doctor to do a MRI in the same place - my mistake I did not realise it was the same place…. Same rudeness from this blonde lady - absolutely repealed by her attitude. Definitely someone who should not be behind a reception desk!
PLEASE REVISE YOUR STAFF!

The experience at the Lyca Health Centre was beyond outstanding from start to finish. State-of-the-art building, very professional. Booked a same day appointment for a face-to-face. Seen on time, Doctor gave me the time to describe my symptoms. He was a down-to-earth professional and treated me with the appropriate meds. I am certainly thinking of signing up to your subscription service. It's affordable and worth it.

Overall this clinic is good, but want to share one very weird situation. All of a sudden I received an email from a collection agency, that I owe money to Lyca Health. I started to investigate if this is true. Seems that my insurance company didn't fully paid one of my procedures. Things happen. I went to the clinic personally to pay outstanding balance. But my case in collection agency is still not closed. This is not efficient at minimum, and not ethical in principle - they was no attempt to reach out to me to inform about outstanding balance, although they have my contact details.

I had a great experience for my mammogram. New machines, excellent technical staff and radiology department. Much better and more professional than places like 108 Harley street that rip you off and do not have modern machines or even bother to give you a copy of your scans unlike all the rest of the civilized world that does. Lyca Health was great and I am def coming back next year. I strongly recommend, I hope they will do a deal with Axa too in the future. 5 stars.
