The carers from Luv to Care have been caring , kind and efficient.
The manager of Luv to care has been supportive, friendly and very professional.
I am so pleased with this agency and trust them all to look after my grand mother with Alzheimer’s she enjoys their company.
My grandmother lets them administer her medication so it’s taken daily and correctly.
The carers make sure she has eaten at each visit as she forgets sometime which was my main concern as causing her many problems not eating regularly previously before Luv to care started.

My father was very frail and in need of live in care when he was discharged from hospital. Luv to Care were very helpful and supplied us with two wonderful carers. First we had Natasha who was so kind and easy to get along with, we were extremely impressed with her caring nature and hard work ethic, we simply had nothing to worry about once she had arrived. Next we had Bridget who was also kind and caring and always with a smile, easy to communicate with and similarly hard working. Rene has been an enormous help to us and very supportive in providing the best care package possible.

Highly recommended. Very good personal care of mum for 18 months as her dementia progressed. Rene and the longterm carers were brilliant at building relationships with mum - as well as being good companions for her. As mum's mobility decreased and her needs increased, the carers remained very attentive to both her needs and mum's mental wellbeing.
