No matter when I enter the Craven Arms shop I am greeted with a smile and superb service even when they're under extreme pressure. All the staff go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating no matter whatbis thrown at them. They have never let me or my family down. What a superb team. Well done Team Craven Arms Lunts.

Very friendly staff.
Have messed up repeat prescription twice, so I have to put it in earlier than I should have to, to make sure I don't have to go to ludlow or stretton to get my prescription.

I called about an item rather than making a fruitless 20 minute journey. Phone was answered quickly and politely and the lady who served me when I went to collect was also polite (possibly the same person who answered my phone call). Good local pharmacy..

I'm not local to the area, I was traveling through but couldn't get my prescription fulfilled at home. The service I received here was fantastic, I explained my situation that I would be leaving the next day and they said they would ring around to see if they could find the stock, and contact me later to update. They did everything they said, went above and beyond (in my opinion) and I am very grateful for their kindness and service. Thank you again.

I used to get my prescriptions from an 'infamous' place in Ludlow that is renowned for all the wrong reasons! Now I go to Lunts in Craven Arms, which is everything a Pharmacy should be: helpful and friendly staff who know what they are doing, a very quick and efficient service for prescriptions, and a range of shop
goodies that rival other firms. Don't bother with the bigger 'names', go to a company that delivers the service you actually need!
