Nobody ever picks up the phone? I missed your call, barely, on Monday (as shown in screenshot)
You've sent me a letter which arrived yesterday, saying to ring or I'll be discharged as you'll assume I don't want the care: I am desperately trying to get through, most days, and nobody EVER answers. 14 times yesterday and we even tried going to the Centre, where nobody answered the doorbell despite there being a car parked in the carpark.

Do your jobs! It's such an important service and you're just leaving some of the most vulnerable residents, who are trying to access help, alone and in the dark. Your patients are suicidal and y'all arent even answering the one line of contact we are given!

Appalled by this place! Got this place recommended to help someone close to me out. All they got was a few pointless questions asked, making it seem like they didn’t even care about their patient.
They Didn’t even touch the point of the reason why they went in the first place. Just brought up a ton of memories which we needed help with and made them worse. So thanks a lot. Call yourself professionals. Disgusted by the way you treat your patients. Learn to do your job properly and help people out!

Unfortunately you can't leave 0 stars! Asking for help is supposed to be an easy and calming thing to do unless you ask these for help. I have been more traumatised asking or basically begging for help off these than I would have been if I hadn't bothered. I have been left months without interaction. I have been left without medication because they cannot be bothered to even answer my gp back. I have been left in the dark about my own treatment. I have been spoken down to, made to feel like its my fault, made to feel like I'm not entitled to any help from them. I am only alive today because of my son and my amazing partner who has had to come out of work to care for me. If it was left to these I'd have been dead a long time ago not that these would care because I would just be one less problem for them. I will be seeking legal advice. If anyone else has had dealings with this place and has their own views please find me on Facebook and let me know!!

I was and still am waiting on being appointed a new mental health core worker after waiting for a follow up call from Mel, whom I was told has left yet nobody thought to tell me. I have tried calling to find out who is my new worker and nobody answers phone or line is dead. So after waiting years to get initial appointment with mental health only to be forgotten about

1000% would NOT recommend this service to anyone. mental health professionals couldn’t care less, my key worker in particular has more holidays than the queen or that’s their excuse when ive been ringing for weeks and get no response. diabolical service.

Absolute joke. Did not get ask any questions regarding why I was there and every question was shut down swiftly. This is not a professional service the Dr are pinching money. Went in a great mood came out raging l. If get referred from your go please ask to go some where else

Horrible place..Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. .No empathy or emotional support shown whatsoever..just treated like an imbecile by a condescending arrogant gum chewing gentleman of colour. No follow up appointment offered despite my fragile mental state..Made to wait in the outer building in the freezing cold, no toilet, one chair which was piled high with newspapers .Wasn't even able to leave a review on the official website as it kept rejecting all my email addresses! Many negative damning reviews left by other clients!
