Had a brilliant experience at Luminate. Hosted in a beautiful country location, we were welcomed by a very friendly Becky and then spent a lovely 30 mins in the infrared sauna. I felt amazing afterwards and will most definitely be booking again

I love booking an appointment at luminate because whatever it is I know the experience will not only be relaxing but the results are noticeable. I often book the pressotherapy and sauna package and I will come out feeling 100x better. The environment is also stunning and adds to the all round experience. Highly recommended.

Such a pleasure to go to Luminate. Such a calming and tranquil place.Had a lovely long catch up with Martina, as lovely as my treatment,as always. Amaising healing experience for all senses. It was a third time that I had Indian Head massage here, which is a very gentle and relaxing treatment for the head, neck and shoulders muscles, in a very pleasant setting with quiet music in a tastefully decorated room. I will certainly come back gain 🙂

Such a beautiful experience, from the moment you walk in. I visited for an infrared sauna to support my lymphatic system and to ease my aches and pains. With candles and books to allow you to unwind it is truly such a lovely spa experience. I will be adding saunas here into my self care routine. Such a stunning and supportive holistic space. Thank you
