Been to the Doctor's twice with coughing feeling unwell. They refused me Antibiotics my cough turned into a Chest Infection. Had to go to Urgent Care was given Antibiotics straight away without arguing. I have never been prescribed antibiotics by my GP surgery always end up getting it from A&E. Very disappointed in the service no compassion or empathy from some of the Doctors.

Terrible GP . Toke my son to get injection couple months ago [ his 3 additional needs ] told the lady his very scared he was crying instead of her talking to him she toke no notice in him & she grabbed his arm and injected him & done the same to other one but grab the other so hard and done it so fast he ended up with a starch across his arm with a needle . Take ages to answer the phone even though there all sitting there just watching it ring [ seen it my self ] been number one in the queue for an hour .

We have been with this surgery for last one year, and have had a great experience. With the recent refurbishments, the surgery now has much more space and looks neat, hygienic. All the staff and doctors have been extremely courteous whenever we have visited. Spl mention to clinician Asha who made vaccines for my daughter a breeze. We have also had few urgent appointments prioritized in the same day. Recommend this surgery and the doctors!

I attempted to make an appointment with the GP, and I was on hold for an hour before they scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. This delay made me fear that my son could have died in my arms. When I asked for an appointment for my knee injury, they referred me to a physiotherapist who was ineffective. Excellent service from the GP.

My experience with this surgery was a positive one as I now understand better how to look after myself and when the regular checkups are. I found Dr Mary Siva very knowledgeable, helpful, engaged and empathetic, the blood tests are efficient and nurses’ clinics are well run. GP visits are very taxing on all of us(planning, time off from work, extra energy put into) and we need a few visits to get on the right which can be frustrating, but no one’s fault.
Top marks to the to reception ladies, they are very professional.

Kicked my girlfriend out for catchment area, despite her having a DA1 post code, being a 10 minute walk away from the Medical Centre, and having been a patient for 25 years. Ridiculous.

It's the worst GP I had in 7 years!! They rather gonna leave you to die, then give you appointment... it's useless to have this GP...

Paid for my annual asthma repeat prescription and my GP has continually rejected my last two prescription orders with no explanation, forcing me to order medication using 111. Hard to contact the GP when you have a full time job and they close on weekend and during lunch hours. Incredibly irresponsible to withhold my medication that I've paid for and literally need to live. Unbelievable.
