I contacted Louise shortly after I had experienced.my first ever hypnotherapy session local to me. Louise was asking for feedback from people who were interested or had experience of hypnotherapy.
I messaged her sharing the back story to my reason for the session and how I had viewed the process and outcome which I felt hadn't been as successful as I'd hoped.
I wasn't expecting a reply but louise replied very quickly and was very generous with her time, support, empathy and ongoing advice and support. She offered to give me a video chat session to support me further in relation to ERT, something I'd not heard of but she felt might be of benefit. She went thru the theory behind it and took me thru the exercises and spent a generous amount of time with me until I was confident I knew what to do on my own.
Louise never judged, was empathic, and focused on me 100%. She gave me links to provide me with further info.
Louise has contacted me since to see how I'm getting on with the ERT exercises.
Louise has given me hope that my emotional wellbeing can improve and my anxieties reduced by using this technique. Thank you Lou.
