With my experiences The receptionists have always been so helpful ,understanding ,polite with my enquires and go that extra mile which is always appreciated. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable helpful caring but also get to know you on a more personal level which make it easier to discuss quite challenging personal conversations more relaxed

The 'online consultation' form that you complete to raise an issue with the practice works really well. It is triaged within a couple days and then an appointment with a doctor or follow up with a nurse is scheduled. This way you can get seen without having to try and contact the surgery to make a doctor's appointment and have the pressure of ringing in time and waiting in along queue.

This surgery has messed me about since last Friday , had an old school surgery in west county, I regret. Today in cue for 50mins to be caller 30, then there no appointments available. Could go on , been with them a week , I can’t go on with them caused me so much stress.need to change again . They are the worse.could say a lot more, they don’t reply to emails.

The customer service at this surgery is nothing short of a disgrace. If I could give 0 stars, it would be to many. The reception team have hung up on me, spoken to me like I am nothing, sent out incorrect information on countless ocassions. How this place is not in special measures I will never understand. The nursing care is excellent however training on basic manners need to be given to the vast majority of the obnoxious entitled front of house team who do all they can to leave people feeling helpless and unsupported often in there hour of need. I actually feel so strongly about how appalling this place is that I’ve contacted the CQC with a formal complaint in hope to prevent someone experiencing the same disgusting treatment I have received on several occasions.

Rang the surgery in the morning and got the appointment for my daughter, lady on the phone was very polite and listened to me carefully. Doctor Ding made my daughter feel welcome and at ease whilst doing all the check ups on her. Great surgery where staff always doing their best to help everyone.
