The worst doctors ever. Find an alternative if you are looking for Dr's. This one is horrendous and should be shut down. You can't get an appitment, let alone get through to them on the phone. Or even get your medication. The staff are rude, yet they tell us not to be rude to them. They will get what they give.

My father-in-law is on full-time oxygen. He has an eye infection which needs treatment. He can hardly see this morning. He is too old for Anima & when he visited the surgery yesterday the appointments were taken. We managed to get him on by 8.02 today & low & behold...no appointments left. What are the elderly supposed to do on full-time oxygen?

Recently moved into the area, and only visited a few times for blood tests, find this centre friendly and welcoming, haven't experienced any more than a ten minute wait, carpark usually full, but not difficult to find street parking in Sultan Road.
Situated in a local shopping area, including a small Tesco, a good hardware shop, cafe and takeaways.

Today was the day when we received an excellent service. As we are currently away and was hoping to get an appointment at some point next week,submitted an anime request today regarding ill child and did not expect much...BUT! Just a few minutes after we received confirmation for face to face appointment same day (in 1.5h after submission). Very helpful receptionist popped to speak to the doctor advising that we are unable to attend an appointment and doctor advised to call 111. 111 services sent a referral to the GP practice where we are now and we going to be seen today despite being away 300miles away from home.

Very poor main reception indeed
Tried to book in and explained a little what the appointment was for ?
Was told to book in using the tablet booking system, but didn't recognise me !
So went to booking in !'noooo '
Not there as not a patient
So went back to 'main reception ', the lady eventually asked me again who l was seeing ?
So she boringly looked through her papers and asked me to take a seat, but did actually manage to tell me who l was seeing.
Couldn't even raise a smile !
Such incomplete.
Didn't even ask me if I was driving and had booked in
PLEASE show some politeness, or is it too much to ask

Waist of time. You will get an appointment. You can call at any time to be told all appointments will be opened at 8am. at 8 am on reception you will be told all appointments have gone. Send my child with skarletvireus to chemist , of course chemist send us back and GP said 6 times we don't have appointments we end up in A&E 7 hours waiting. Today, 31.05 I have bleeding 3 weeks was told no appointment can do it next week with nurse, but what the nurse can do with the 3 weeks bleeding End up with walk in center. The receptionist pretending to sorted out everything even behalf the doctors. 4 times I went to GP with one request to see a manger and every time she is on a meeting. I regret to sign my family to this practice.

Just cannot get an appointment, told to use anima , but again no appointments available. Told to try again at 8 in the morning but chances very slim of getting an appointment.This practice.is only open for 4 and a half days a week
