Awful awful experience! They don’t communicate well, not great signage. I had an inhealth appointment and I got there 3 minutes late after letting them know I joined the queue of the reception and then the women came out with such rudeness and aggression and accused me of not being in the surgery even when I was. She refused to see me. I had other patients getting involved defending me but this small woman was just so rude & unnecessarily. Will never return to this practice ever again.

Just went for my covid jab. I was in and out of the practice in five minutes. Everyone was lovely, starting with the receptionist, to the person who fetched me and then the two doctors. So thankful for these wonderful people and the incredible service.

Absolutely impossible waste of time trying to get in touch to cancel an appointment they have offered me for a Covid booster jab, as I already have such an appoitment locally. Ergo, I simply won't turn up for my appointment at Lordship Lane, and it's not my fault if that causes inconvenience. .

This place doesn't even have heating so it's FREEZING plus the automatic doors opening every five seconds
appointments get cancelled and your not always informed until you get there
Appointment are 6 weeks apart for physio and it's only 20 minutes
The staff were nice and warm behind their desk tho🙄

Made COVID booster appointment but unfortunately my arthritis flared up and couldn't walk properly so tried to call to cancel....no one answered the bloody phone...answer machine constantly....I give up ...not going ....can't go! Il book at a later date ... RIDICULOUS....SIRT OUT YOUR PHONE SYSTEM!!😡😡
