Can't get an appointment for two weeks. Told I have to call at 8.15am for any chance of a phone consultation and they won't book one for tomorrow. Then the call disconnected. Classy!

You can normally get a same day appointment and the phone line tells you if the appointment has already gone. Reception and dispensing window are pleasant. My only issue really is everytime I've had an appointment it's always said running 30 minutes late and I'm sat there for 45 minutes before seen. Also it says they do an annual health check around your birthday but I've never had an invite. Car park is free and normally find a space. It's a decent surgery just wish it was a bit easier to get appointments and be on time, however this is the NHS and I think to expect that is a pipe dream

The receptionists, doctors and nurses are incredible people! They all have so much patience, care and actually listen to your concerns properly. I've been to a lot of practises over the years and this one, along with the Newton Flotman branch, are by far the best. I always leave feeling relieved with the advice and attentiveness they showed.

The only downside is they have so many patients, I think they are overworked and understaffed to handle them all. They try their best to ensure you get seen, but are overbooked and can struggle to manage to get you appointments. They really do try their best though. My full respect to all the staff there

Always returned phone calls and were prepared to have reasonably detailed discussion of symptoms over the phone - this made the work of looking after an elderly relative a great deal easier. They also provided a string of fairly extensive same-day emergency appointments.
Follow up and subsequent referrals to relevant specialist hospital and other support medical teams were also extremely prompt - one team even got back to us the day following a routine appointment at the surgery! We have been extremely well served by the partnership to date.

Would of given mote stars if it wasn't for a couple of the older ladies who work on Reception, their telephone manner is blunt and at times down right rude! If you don't like working with people then you're in the wrong job! That being said the Doctors and Nurses are all lovely and friendly.

I'll start by saying the practice is clearly trying to deal with more than it can handle due to all the new houses in the area. Unfortunately this doesn't excuse their errors and if no one complains publicly there there will never be any pressure to remedy the issues.

I had an MRI scan. I was told the results would be emailed to my Dr with 10 days After waiting 10 days I contacted the surgery to be told they hadn't received my results. No problem l double check with the hospital to be told they were sent the day after my test. After much tooling and throwing they mysteriously appeared at the surgery.

Along the same lines I had to have a chest x-ray and was told the results would be sent to my surgery who would be in touch with the results within 10 days. I chased it today to find they already had my results, so why had they not been in touch?

Finally I have the same name as my father who is 25 years my senior. I was discussing an issue with my Dr who was hesitant to prescribe a certain medication due to my heart condition. He was reading my father's notes, which begs the question how on earth are there not procedures in place to ensure this does not happen. This could have led to a very serious mistake.

I appreciate everything these guys do , but please, sort your admin issues.

One of the best GP surgeries in all areas. Everyone - reception (telephone and face to face) nurses, doctors and dispensary have always been excellent and gone out of their way to help. Well done and thank you
