Useless reception!
Called to book for a blood test, receptionist didn’t seem to be very interested in booking me in thinking that I don’t know what I need, when I clearly explained my diagnosis and especially that I have a referral from a private doctor.
Receptionist was meant to call me back with availability but she wasn’t that bothered, telling me that I need to check with my doctor again for what exactly I need. I didn’t know PCOS is something that people don’t know about it, especially a medical laboratory! Not to mention that reception didn’t know what that is… no words.
Horrible service, I needed the blood test and unfortunately the clinic wasn’t able to provide, or receptionist didn’t know how to do her job.
I would expect a different service especially when you do pay!

Actually I didn't yet book an appointment with them just have got trough online chat, informations about the laboratory services available with them fees and machines ..and truly I wasn't disappointed regarding their availability, kindness of the one I had exposed my inquiries..

Just had my same day PCR test/certificate done for my flight to China. Was a bit worried that the result would be late, I had my test done at 1.30pm and I did get my certificate via email at 10.30pm. I found the whole process to be very efficient. Lily was very helpful in arranging things and keeping in contact after the test was done to ensure the results were delivered on time.

It is now past 00:30, and I have not received any promised results over email!! I am supposed to fly in several hours to see my mother who is now in ICU...
I booked covid PCR test for same day result and travel certificate with on-site testing in Guildford at 9:30am on 22 March. The test itself was quick, and I was promised that my results would be delivered via email before midnight... but it did not happen. Have contacted the test centre several times but no response. I don't know what to do ...

It's now just after 4:00 am, still no sign of any email. The good news is Fouzia, from Guildford, kindly responded to me in this very early morning. She helped me to inform the Head Office about my situation. Now I am waiting for any further updates... Fingers crossed.

Great service.

We have used it twice. They were extremely friendly and efficient. We got our results the next day. I have some concern over the price.

Please, anyone reading this, you need to complete a Passenger Locator Form and many people do not know this. You need the reference number for your test when you return to the UK when completing the form.

Before you return to the UK, you need to create an account for your Passenger Locator Form and you need a phone number to which a confirmation number shall be sent.

We saw a lot of bad reviews and were a little nervous to say the least as we needed a negative test to go on holiday. I'm so glad we ignored the bad reviews as they were excellent here! The bad reviews must be re postal tests as we were tested at 8am on Friday and had our results 7pm on Saturday. The price point is really reasonable and it was a very easy process. Josh and Marco were great at replying on email. Also, a special shout out to the young lady who did our test in Guildford - she was so nice and made you feel really comfortable. Genuinely could not recommend more highly. Happy Xmas!!

Paid 110 for the “same day” fit to fly test, was travelling at 10am and still no result! Then when called they didn’t pick up after multiple times calling.. missed ferry because of this.
