I had tests done with Maryam Araein in the Ophthalmic department. She was incredible - so kind, professional, considerate, helpful, went out of her way to assist more than she ‘needed to’ but she wanted to. She is a gem. The nursing staff in the department were incredible and so thorough too. Grateful. Thank you.

This is the first time I have ever submitted a negative review.
Although the medical staff I saw were excellent, I cannot say the same about the accounts department manager and the reception manager Lindell Dawson.
I paid, as asked, at the reception desk, for some tests in advance of having them. However I received an invoice three weeks later for the same tests. I phoned the accounts manager who was very rude and kept talking over me when I wanted to say something, and also she needed some persuading that I had already paid. Because the invoice was less than my advance payment, a refund was due. I had to make three phone calls/emails to get the refund, and it still hasn’t arrived in my bank account. It also appears I may have to wait up to a further ten days for the nil invoice. (During one of these phone calls the reception manager Lindell Dawson put the phone down on me). It seems that the linkage between the accounts department and the reception department is a shambles.
This has caused me a lot of stress when I’m already not feeling well – that’s why I was at the hospital!

I had a great experience at London Medical. I thought the staff were so pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. I got hooked up to this state of the art watch that checked my blood pressure constantly for 24 hours. I look forward to coming back to get care and advice.

No respect, unprofessional, trash.
Nikos Stamos no good, disrespectful. Trying to make money from patient rather than being honest, lies to client about their nerve compression symptoms saying they have muscle soreness instead. becomes emotional when patient doesn’t want to see him as he advises to exercise an inflamed nerve’s muscles causing worsening of symptoms. No respect at all. When patient want to go get injection due to their neck pain, he advises them not to and to attend his sessions for sake of dry needling and manual therapy which doesn’t subside pain for more than 2 hours.

The holistic method Mrs. Heba Massri applies to physiotherapy is exceptional. She didn’t just treat my jaw pain in isolation but looked at how my whole body function contributes to the issue. Highly recommended.

UPDATE
So David asked me to email him. I have and so has my partner. Seems like nothing is being done honestly and the response to bad reviews is just so they can show face and make it look like they will address complaints.

Unbelievable and disgusting experience! Just took my partner here as her doctors in Italy had stated that she may have something in her throat and may have to be operated, but as we live here we decided to a private place as the GP was taking too long to see us.

We paid for a 30 minute appointment (£180 by the way). The doctor spoke to her for less than 10 minutes and said there's nothing, and left to go have his break. Clearly he was more concerned about getting a coffee rather than talking to his patients as he was doing his best to rush us out! We even have the reports from Italy, all official documents which he did not even care to look at!

Avoid this place and go elsewhere, more concerned about taking as much money as they can rather treating people!

I should have written this review ages ago
We have seen Dr Chaudhury twice. My son has been diabetic for 22 years and had concerns over his diabetes and was at times worried and scared about his future health. I looked up specialists and came across Professor Chaudhury. He was so positive, he made my son feel that he is dealing with his diabetes brilliantly. He took time explaining everything and listened to all his concerns. My son felt so pleased he came out feeling so confident and strong enough to deal with his diabetes. Thank you so very much Dr Chaudhury ?

This was my third time visiting London Medical and I had a very good experience here again in their ophthalmology department.

The service was fantastic from the team, specially the lady who carried out my eye tests, Maryam. She was was patient and professional, a real asset to this clinic.

I have never had service like this from any of the high street opticians and after coming here I will not be returning to any of them.

Many thanks.
