Amazing company I bought two tests online (and got discount for multi buy products), by following the instructions what was very clear to understand, send the tests back and got answers with the results very quickly. Got also free consultation of the tests results, they also recommended to re-test again as some markers was confusing so they send me both test for free in two days. I repeated the tests and send again, this time I have got the results next day after they received the blood sample and got consultation free with recommendations again. For future I will choose this company again as GP refused check my blood when I asked for it, I always can have peace on mind because I can check my health here. Big thank you, good job

Did an iron test & got 3 out of 4 results back. I asked about the 4th result (the ferritin reading) & was told I didn't get it because of a glitch on the system & would get it later that day or the next morning. That was 9 days ago & despite 2 further emails & a message on their website from me, I have heard nothing. I suspect they just didn't do that test. Whatever the situation, the total lack of communication is unacceptable & I am very disappointed. Needless to say, I will never use this company again.

Dreadful company. Ordered test kit at the end of December. Over a week later, the kit hadn’t arrived. So I contacted customer service. They told me that Royal Mail had lost my parcel and they’d resend. Another week went by, still no kit arrived. I contacted customer service again and they used the same excuse! They promised me a refund which hasn’t been processed. I’ve now reported them to the fraud team with my bank. Avoid this company at all costs, they’re likely scammers!

Terrible experience. I would give 0 if I could. Purchased a b12 test and sent it off. When I purchased it the timeframe for results was 24-48 hours. Once they received my bloods I received an email saying that I would receive my results between 24-48 hours.
I then chased this up as I hadn’t heard, only to be told it will now be 4 days!

The customer service is terrible and they respond to emails as if they are replying to a friend. Completely unprofessionally.

There are much better companies offering this services with a faster turnaround of results.

I wish I did not book in with this terrible company. Save yourself and book elsewhere!

Absolutely awful Company!

Avoid this company at all costs!

To start off with, the WhatsApp customer service team seemed very helpful, they gave me advice on which items to order etc. they promised me I’d have it back a couple of days after I posted my blood sample.

I placed an order, nothing arrived! I waited 4 days until I asked customer service to send out another one, which then took another few days! I put my blood in the vile and sent it off with all the relevant info. They told me that it’s been rejected due to not enough blood sent, I then provided Evidence with photos which I took before I sent them, then they changed the excuse to, I didn’t write down the date and time I added my sample! The instructions are not clear on this and it should be in large writing! I complained again about this, as they first of all lied to me, they promised to send another parcel out which again took 4 days to arrive! And it came on a Friday so I had to wait until the Monday to do another sample. I wrote on the paperwork date and time etc. took more photos just incase. They didn’t answer any WhatsApp messages for 2 days afterwards, and guess what! IT GOT REJECTED AGAIN! 🤦🏻‍♂️

The reason it got rejected was, I didn’t cross out the estimated sample time that they put on! Even though I wrote in huge letters and numbers across the paper work and the sample time was for the original first order I gave them, so 20 days behind! 🤣🤣

Probably the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! Use someone else, these clowns have absolutely no idea. I’d be surprised if they even get people’s tests done and not just make it up!

They gave me a credit in the end, as they are too incompetent to do a single task correctly!

In answer to your reply, it was the 3rd kit you sent out! Yes, I was rude to your staff, as I was fed up of your incompetence to do a simple task!

I really wouldn’t bother! I bought a test for HbAC1 wanting a diagnosis for diabetes. Received my results which said I was on the verge. Went to my doctors for a back up and my results were completely different and they said I was far from being diabetic. When I contacted the lab they said the test is just for ‘monitoring’. I was told by my doctor and read that this test was for diagnosis only and couldn’t be done with a finger prick test. The lab proceeded to tell me that the doctor's were wrong! It’s a complete waste of money! Just go to the doctors in the first place if possible and don’t bother with these companies. Really bad customer service too.

Late results, then told results ready a few times, repeatedly failed to provide. Days after the result was due and after many promises they stopped responding. Think this company runs from home, answers via a mobile phone, no main phone number and main contact via mobile phone text message.

I appreciate your time in responding; however, I respectfully disagree with your characterisation of my communication as “bullying.” My messages were urgent but polite, driven by the fact that you repeatedly stated my results would be sent on specific dates—dates which came and went without any delivery.

As I explained to you directly, these test results were critical for a hospital iron infusion appointment, which I sadly missed due to your delays. Asking for overdue medical results—particularly when you had already told me they were “ready”—is not harassment.

While I acknowledge your decision to issue a refund, it does not change the fact that I missed essential treatment because of the unreliable handling of my sample and the contradictory information provided. Going forward, I hope you’ll consider more transparent and timely communication with customers who depend on accurate lab services for important healthcare decisions.
