The clinic is absolutely fantastic.

Service wise, they are super quick to communicate and very professional. They've also been very adaptable with appointment bookings. During appointments they are so friendly, professional and accommodating. I always feel like I am in a very safe pair of hands.

Treatment wise, they strike the perfect balance of being accommodating but sensible in what they advise, taking a measured approach where needed. This was incredibly reassuring and shows client care and top quality treatment is their utmost priority.

Clinic wise, it's always beautifly clean and tidy. It's a lovely bright, welcoming environment.

In short, I cant say enough good things about the clinic or its staff!

I visited Finsbury Clinic yesterday, feeling incredibly anxious after a string of less-than-reassuring consultations elsewhere, including at Harley Street and Cockfosters. I stumbled upon this clinic in desperation and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance.

From the moment I walked in, the receptionist staff were exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and completely open about the experiences of others, which was exactly what I needed to put my nerves at ease. Their reassuring and empathetic approach really stood out and made all the difference.

Dr. Olga, on the other hand, had a more straightforward and clinical demeanor—less bedside manner than the support staff—but she exuded competence and confidence. You could tell instantly that she was incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. Despite her no-nonsense style, I felt safe in her hands, which says a lot given how anxious I was going in. Most importantly, she gave me the results I needed, which brought immense relief after all the uncertainty I had faced elsewhere.

It’s ironic that a clinic I found randomly gave me the reassurance and trust I’d been searching for all along. This is my go-to place going forward. I'm not going anywhere else. I just hope Dr Olga stays put!

What a fab team here, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of aesthetics.
They will guide and talk through what is best suited for your age, skin type and expectations, and what is truly achievable.
They ensured I was comfortable, brilliant numbing before treatment to make sure the procedure was painless, and it was!!
Now I wait for 72 hour to see the results.
