Receptionist was very rude. Waited over half hour on the phone in a queue. Then the Receptionist denied my request for a Doctor to call back after taking my name and DOB.
Makes me think if I gave another name she would have booked me in.
Possible case of discrimination.

One of the receptionists is exceptionally rude She is always in a very irritated tone of voice everyone always puts the phone down reason always why did you not ring the chemist why did you not do this She doesn't want to do any work does not want to help wonder why she works in a doctor's surgery. The NHS doctors are fine with minor problems with the health but with other health problems they work the patient into a frenzy thinking the worst that is a fault they should not do that to worry the patient and then to ring the family members is very wrong they should wait for the test to come back and if anything sinister is found they should then ring the family member
In most cases many people not only myself use the private doctors we do use NHS only for antibiotics and other minor health problems if it is extremely urgent otherwise believe the NHS for other people who really need them who do not have the money and I believe NHS is extremely useful for people who cannot afford the private sector in this case it is very helpful so the energy has to be appreciated on one side

I’ve been coming to this surgery for over 20 years and despite the huge influx into the neighbourhood the care remains excellent. I would like to thank all the staff at LFMC for their care and attention over the years.

They really care about their patients and go above and beyond. The doctors are helpful and take what you're saying seriously. Plus they're always looking for ways to improve. Hearing what other people are experiencing with their surgeries right now I'm very grateful to be with this one!

Been a patient of this surgery for over 15 years. I've always received amazing care from the receptionist staff, nurses and doctors. I wanted to review today as they were getting so much grief from one of the patients on reception. I don't know how they stayed so calm. They do a really difficult job and are doing their best. Martin you were amazing.. x

I have recently become a member of London Fields Medical Centre, and I must say, the service has been outstanding thus far. Every staff member has been attentive and helpful whenever I've inquired about services. It's reassuring to know that I am in safe hands.

I’ve been a patient of this surgery for almost 25 years. And am pleased with the level of care and attention I’ve received from the Doctors! But on occasions I’ve noticed that some of the reception staff aren’t as pleasant or polite to the patients! I understand that some patients can be difficult or even rude! But a professional person working in a go surgery should understand that people have different conditions and some even mental illnesses and difficulties. I have noticed on my last few appointments to see the diabetes nurse. That almost all of the reception staff have changed
And I have noticed a much more pleasant and professional polite service. Maybe it’s because there is less patients in the surgery at one Time now ?! Or maybe it’s the change of staff ?!
