Unacceptable. My wife who has given birth 5 weeks ago and obviously unwell was running late to the appointment (6 minutes late to be exact). She tried calling them many times on the way and not a single person answered the phone.

As she walked in, she was told that since she is 6 minutes late, they only have to hold her appointment for 5 minutes so effectively it was cancelled as she was 60 seconds over the time.

So my wife who can't still even walk at her normal pace saw the backs of next patients walking in to see the doctor and had to leave.

Disgraceful, unprofessional, money grabbing behaviour.

I was 6 minutes late to my 16.45 appointment and called multiple times in advance to let them know that this is the case. I am 6 weeks post partum and left my baby at home to come to this appointment only to see people waiting to be seen after me being asked to walk in the GPs office as I walked in cause I was 6 minutes late. I really needed to be seen quickly as their appointment's slots are 15 minutes but they have to see you for 15 full minutes apparently.

If you won’t pick up the phones or have a phone queue, don’t open or run a practice. I won’t be coming back. You give them a call multiple times and they also don’t ring you either just in case - it’s easier to grab money than to pick up the phone of a small clinic.

I am lucky enough to have access to this service via Vitality. Super easy to book with lots of choice of times so really convenient. The GP I saw was fantastic, very thorough, personable gave me lots of information. Would highly recommend this service.

I urgently needed to see a doctor and couldn't get an emergency telephone appointment at my own GP and didn't fancy waiting around for hours at an urgent care centre. I came across London Doctors Chislehurst Branch. It was quick and easy to book an appointment online for the same day and it was great seeing an actual doctor in person. I saw Dr. Fenton and he listened to everything I had to say, explained to me what was happening, and did a full check up and then gave me a prescription which treated the issue. I would 100% recommended London Doctors. Fantastic and friendly service and well worth the price.

This is how a doctors' surgery used to be about 30 years ago, and should still be: no waiting endlessly for an appointment; polite, professional and friendly reception staff; and seeing an actual doctor in person (in my case, Dr. Fenton) who actually listens and makes actual recommendations for your benefit rather than one who (if you get to see them at all) just gives you another pill and ticks the box that says 'patient seen and treated', when only one of those criteria has in fact been met. 100% recommended.

I saw Dr. Fenton for a blood test, after attempting to navigate the NHS quagmire to achieve this; he was helpful and approachable, and delivered the results - with full analysis - in good time. The price was reasonable, and I would be more than happy to go back for any future consultations/diagnoses. Recommended!
