I was taken to the room just a few minutes from my arrival. The room was excellent and very clean. The nursing staff was very polite and answered all my questions after undergoing through all the steps that I would have to go through in order to have my procedure done. Both the Consultant and the Anaesthetist came to see me prior to going into the Theatre. They again went through the procedure in detail and explained what to expect and the outcome. Everything went according to plan and I was back in my room in just under 2 hours. I was then served a excellent lunch consisting of soup, salad and sandwiches. I was allowed to rest and after 2 hours the nurse checked my vitals and shortly after I was discharged after the nurse provided me with a full set of instructions of what to expect and how to proceed if I had any pain or needed to ask questions of any kind if I felt in need.
The discharge was done in the room with no need to talk to any other hospital staff. Overall one of the best Hospital experiences I had in my life.
Thanks to all the staff involved in my care.

I had a colonoscopy with sedation today and I experienced no discomfort at all during the procedure! I didn’t need to be scared. The entire nursing and medical staff were extremely professional, caring, friendly and respectful. I felt very looked after and couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly! I do recommend you take full advantage of the hospital food menu after the procedure as you will need plenty of calories to get your energy back after fasting for so long. I thought a sandwich would suffice, but I ended up fainting when I left the hospital. I had a coke and burger nearby and was fine shortly after.

The London Bridge hospital has gone downhill massively since my last operation there 4 years ago. Although the nurses were still great and I had total confidence in my care (which I guess is the most important thing), the service and experience were very poor. The food was poor, the TV equipment in the room didn’t work, there was no remote control for the TV in the room, the surgeon rushed my post op meeting, the communication of the timing of my operation was poor (everybody thought everybody else had done it), everything felt rushed, and I haven’t received the amount of painkillers stated on my discharge summary (in spite of paying for them). The physio explained things well and the nurses were kind and patient, but if I need this type of facility again I will probably look elsewhere.

The care staff here are total professionals. From start to finish they look after all your needs. For day patients they get you in and out with minimal of fuss. Rooms are spotless and the hospitals location is great. The hospital could do with a few small improvements that would make the stay more comfortable, notably the Wifi connection continues to drop and you need to accept the terms & conditions every 30 minutes. (I had two access points in the room so I doubt was a signal issue). With the TV entertainment system only a few channels worked - I’ve been here a few times with my partner for day cases and they have ordered a vegan meal, each time it wasn’t vegan. (sandwiches came with cheese ? and the salad came embedded with feta) which is disappointing as they been nil-by-mouth for over 8 hours. ?

This hospital still gets 5 stars down to the nurses and treatment care.

Very unprofessional. They will do their best to make the most money out of you.

They have wasted my time and canceled some appointment after I arrived to the hospital. They are referring me to more expensive doctor appointments instead of redoing the proper tests as recommended by the specialists.
