Had my first acupuncture with Sam recently, so can't yet give a full rating but I left the room feeling that my head had finally cleared (following an op' a month before) and my foot and body generally felt better than it had done for awhile.

I've booked a second treatment. The room is very clean and Sam is very welcoming.

I definitely recommend Lockwood Physiotherapy. I was experiencing pain in my foot for several weeks that was starting to get worse. Sam identified that it was plantar fasciitis and after a few visits and consistency with the at-home exercises he gave me, I’ve had so much improvement. It no longer hurts to walk! Sam is really friendly and made the chore of seeking healthcare actually enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Lockwood Physiotherapy. I consulted Sam with a calf issue. He was very caring and thorough with his questions and examination. He quickly identified the issue and provided a concise exercise plan to suit. I haven’t had the issue since and as suggested by Sam have seen improvements in my foot and knee too. Thanks Sam!

Sam is a brilliant physio. He was able to identify that I had a herniated disc from our initial meeting and was able to work with me on a programme to easing my pain and fixing the problem. A great listener, incredibly professional and knowledgeable.

Put it this way… for 5 years I’ve been walking down the stairs sideways due to an ankle injury which lead to severe back pain. 3 x 30 mins sessions and I’m fixed. Ankle mobility is back, back pain has almost disappeared overnight and I feel like a new human!

Sam has worked his magic so well on me that I now promote him wherever I go.

It’s more like going to your mates for some wizardry and a chinwag than physio… and who’s not down for that?!

Fell on my shoulder with some really acute pain limiting some every day movement. Decided to pay instead of NHS lottery / general "see how it is" diagnosis and got some really good support, encouragement and diagnosis with no pressure to book weekly. I felt in control of next steps. Hope I'm never injured again but if I am... I'll be back.
