Just waited on hold (22 minutes!!) to finally get through to reception to make a doctors appointment for my elderly mum. Very unhelpful response. Told to ring back at 8am. Why I couldn't just make an appointment there and then I do not know! I live in Wales and said its difficult for me to ring back then as I work, but she just repeated ring back at 8am rather abruptly!!!! No wonder my mum is fed up with them and cant be arsed. I see why now!

Rang next morning at 8.10am. To be told no appointments left for that day! To ring again tomorrow to see if any appointment available for tomorrow!! Or ring 101.
You Can't make appointments in advance. What a silly system. Never known anything so stupid!!!

First time needing to make an appointment although registered for 2yrs. I put an online request on 8am with a photo of my health issue. I had a call 9.15 to invite me in for a face to face appointment later that day. I arrived 15mins early and was called in 5mins later. The nurse was very thorough and a Dr was called in to confirm and explain my diagnosis and treatment. I was very impressed with the all round service I received today.

Tried to make an e-consult today because they say you have to do an online triage and can’t book appointments over the phone. Their e-consults reached capacity within 12 MINUTES and closed down for the day. 12 minutes! I rang all the other 6 surgeries in Weston to ask them if they keep their e-consults open later in the day. They do. Stafford Medical Group is by far the worst.

Have had a telephone appt booked for 4 weeks and no one bothered to ring me. Rang at 6pm and receptionist told me they’ll ring me before closing but absolutely nothing! This isn’t the first time this has happened either, this was an important appointment for medication I needed ASAP! Online system is awful and receptionists are unhelpful & rude. Appalled with this doctors surgery but can’t register anywhere else.

I have visited Stafford Medical Centre twice recently, today and 27th December to have bloods done. I am always like a pin cushion as everyone has trouble getting bloods from me, but on both visits I had a student nurse called Ellie take my blood. First time getting blood successfully on both occasions. This is amazing! This young woman has a true gift, thank you Ellie, you made a bad experience a good one for me. I'm in shock. X

Very good doctors/staff who work long hours and no fault here, but the practice is over capacity and it's incredibly difficult to get an appointment. If you are new to the area (or indeed, country) please do not register on NHS as it's putting too much pressure on the service and existing patients can no longer get help.

Rude receptionists which they think they run the world. Appointments always running late but they cant be even bother to tell you. You cant get Appointments as they never answers the phone (i was 1st in a queue and still waited 7 min on hold). Doctors and nurses are great that's why it's a 1 star otherwise if I could I would give 0.

I can never get an appointment . I can never get on the triage site and when I ring you get attitude from reception. When trying to tell them you can’t get though triage even though you are doing it with them on phone and they are saying to me that if you can’t do it online neither can them. It has taken me three days to get though suffering in really bad pain . It’s been depressing and stressful and had anoth. I think I need to move surgeries 😡😡😡
