Very efficient and nice young lady who administered tests to me and my wife. Easy to book and easy to change date and time by a telephone call.
BUT The cost amounts to theft or profiteering. How on earth can you charge £310 for a test which takes 5 minutes for 2 people.

This is our second time of using the Local PCR Group. The flight was delayed coming in from Zurich and they quickly changed the test from Hook to Slough for us without any fuss. Ardo gave the test quickly and professionally. The same for the FTF test in Hook for the return journey.
These people understand customer service , they ARE people who you can call and not just an on line type in your details site. I would highly recommend them for a face to face service.

The appointment was great and Steph could not have been nicer or more helpful and informative.
However, the results had not appeared by 10pm next day (which I had paid for) and there was no way to contact anyone! They did appear at around 11pm but it was a nervous few hours and very annoying havind paid for this service. If the results had not arrived, there was no way to contact anyone before Monday - which would have been too late. So that is a bit rubbish.

Excellent service, very professional. Got a very quick result on my test, but then I did pay for an expidiated result. However, time was against me so had to get what I could. Very pleased I picked Local PCR.
Would use them again if the same restrictions on travel stay in place.

Do not book with Local PCR, they disagreeed to refund or reschedule my mum's appointment, because they said the centre will be closed! They even didn't offer my mum another centre to do the test. I think they are going to close down all their centres very soon.

Very unreliable service!
They promise a result before 10pm, I was waiting and waiting and the result didn’t come, I called them at 21:57pm to check but they were closed and their ‘voice mail was full’ so I could even leave a msg!
I called them again the next day at around 8:30am, and finally recover my test result after that, if I didn’t call I would still be waiting and waiting…
Don’t recommend this service!

Rang the bell and they just left my husband waiting, bell unanswered. When he was finally admitted they were efficient, but very unfriendly and unhelpful.
