Called one week ago to chase up medication delivery and nurse to show me how to administer the injections.

Delivered Monday but not nurse so I call to be told no nurse was booked even though I was told it was.

I spoke to Chloe who said if I don't hear back in 24hrs to call. I call and Marissa said on you have to wait 5 days?! I ask to speak to a manager who will apparently call me back, I ask for a rough time and she laughs on the phone!

I've been waiting all year to start treatment to then be lied to twice on the phone is ridiculous.

Utterly terrible service. Medication delivery was cancelled and rescheduled, ran out in the mean time. Spoke to two employees on the phone who both assured me I would be getting an emergency delivery today. Got a text at 19:32 (just as the phone lines closed, funny that) to say I would be getting a delivery in 3 days time. This has now happened twice!!

These jokers are playing with people's health, they should be ashamed.

Only giving this 1 star as can’t give none! Absolutely shocking service I’ve received recently. 5 deliveries now cancelled, numerous phone calls I’ve made over the past month and getting nowhere. My last injection was 5th July and they’ve left me without them for a month. First call they didn’t know why my delivery hadn’t been arranged as by then they had my prescription since 12th June, over three weeks later and it still wasn’t made up. Out of the five failed deliveries I received one text to say it was cancelled. Yesterday was the 5th promised delivery and it never turned up. I phoned them yet again this morning and said I didn’t find it acceptable and that I wanted a senior manager to call me back… still waiting! I’m going to have to contact rheumatology on Monday to see if they can help as I am getting nowhere

Shocking & very upsetting that deliveries don't turn up when they say, no help whilst shortage of click pens injections, given PRE-FILLED SYRINGE meds , with not being able to inject myself & no help from them on how to do it, bearing in mind I'm completely needle phobic also is not much fun, I went 6 weeks with no injections & in the end the practice nurse did it for me but they can't do it every week. My drugs used to come from a company called Sciensus , they were brilliant & on the ball but for some reason my NHS stopped using this company. Now I'm actually paying someone to inject for me, atrocious!...LPCH pull your sox up & get your act together, it's very frustrating for the patients you are messing with & probably just as frustrating for the staff you employ to sort out these complaints on the phone. I hope the CEO reads this, I doubt it!....

I am writing to express my concern with this company. I have had two recent cancellations of my medication deliveries, one of which was done without any prior notice - I stayed home all day. This situation has left me in a precarious position, as the latest delivery date that was proposed would have left me without any medication for a period of two weeks.

After spending 25 minutes in the phone queue, I was able to get the delivery date changed to ensure that I do not run out of medication. However, I am troubled by the fact that if this delivery also fails, I will be left without any medication as the only available gap is on the day that I am scheduled to run out.

I kindly request if Lloyds are reading these reviews that you take immediate action to ensure medications are delivered as scheduled and that this situation does not occur again in the future. It is crucial for peoples health and well-being that they have access to their medication in a timely manner. We are not talking about paracetamol - you are dealing with customers who have severe diseases that are relying on their medication to live a normal life.

Agree that this company which makes a fortune out of the nhs deserves no stars at all. I regularly have problems getting this company to deliver medicine on time, battles getting them to take clinical waste bins, they refused during the most challenging period when i was unable to go out and i had to pay privately to have them collected, a service that the NHS pays them for. And today having requested alcohol swaps for use prior to my injections, I received 6 months injections and in the second bag after much searching, I found ONE SWAB. To accompany 6 months of injections. Incredible that it took over 40 mins waiting to get a free line to say my meds were late and organise 1 alcohol wipe.

Absolutely disgusting service. They won’t allow you to speak to a supervisor regarding your meds.
I cannot miss a dose. They failed to deliver my meds after delivery was booked and did not contact me in anyway to let me know this. They are playing with peoples lives.
