Attended the CT department today being a very nervous patient, it was easy to park nearby when arriving at Livingstone urinology
The gentleman and both the ladies doing the procedure could not have been kinder and put me at ease

Not the best experience today going in to the hospital reception area as I didn’t know where I needed to actually go for my CT scan for suspected lung and pleural cancer lady said it’s not here and round the car park.

Atmosphere was not good at all when I was called in I just felt out of place when the hospital staff were asking me questions to be stared and looked up and down at so felt uncomfortable at this point just felt very rushed and I were supposed to be monitored for 20 mins as stated by Darent Valley Hospital after which wasn’t the case I was told I could go home straight after I just felt like an inconvenience today maybe if I do need to return in the future things may be a bit better

Went for an appointment, and went to main building as letter directed, there was a notification stating CT and MRI were in a separate building as I was not there for either went to main building. No one in reception,after about 5 minutes approach by a lady who was extremely abrupt in her manner who pointed to the note , explained our appointment,to which she stating we don't see DVH here , go to the out building .
I get it must be frustrating people doing as there letting states, but if notice clearly stated all DVH to the green out building, we wouldn't have to be addressed is such an abrupt manner, really wasn't necessary.

This is in my personal opinion i think this is probably the best rehab centre there is. I was sent there arter having a cardiac arrest and was bed bound for 3 months in darent valley. I stayed there for a month and they got me back on my feet in no time. I have to say it was very hard work but worth it. I am eternally grateful for all the help and support they gave me.
