Recent booked a treatment as a 67th birthday and holiday treat. Discussed a voucher I found during a house move with a member of staff for the value of £15. They checked with the manager of it could be off-set against a treatment package which cost over £96.00 and a response came back confirmed that I could and was asked to bring the voucher with me on the appointment. This I did. My treatment was provided by lovely Abilgail. Upon leaving the establishment, I was escorted to the reception. Upon arriving there I was informed by the receptionist that the manager was unhappy about the date on the voucher as he wasn't made aware of the date. I pointed out that this info was provided during my initial contact. I was informed that any other old voucher will not be accepted and not to inform family or friends about the old voucher being allowed as they won't in future. I had a lovely experience spoilt by this discussion. What a shame.

Can’t believe how much better my neck, back and shoulders are feeling. Also sorted lower back and hip issue too. I’m definitely going to keep up with a regular massage once I’m sorted and not let it get so out of hand ever again. Neck was so bad i had a numb lower jaw, no-one had an answer before Victoria worked her magic. All staff are friendly and very welcoming. So pleased I chose Living Health. 😀

I love going here to get my feet sorted out.I see Vicky and she is wonderful .When she has finished with my feet I can walk again happily.The receptionist Amanda is lo vely and the place u wait is so Co.fortable.So all in all In Step is perfect.Thank u. everyone.

Only went in to buy a gift voucher , nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Also a lady called sue came out and was very abrupt with her attitude!

Very disappointing and feel completely ripped off.
Really suffering with lower back pain so booked in to see a chiropractor. Was told it was 1hr slot for £62 for the first appointment.
The appointment lasted for around 25 mins and only around 10 mins of that was actually treatment and the rest was talking. I was told that it usually takes around 12 appointments for things to feel better. From talking to other clinics I know this not to be the case. It seems that this practice focuses on insurance claims rather than normal people, therefore can get away with scamming them for as much money as possible and longing out any treatment.
Not happy at all and in all honestly my back feels no better at all and with the little treatment I had I can’t say I’m surprised.

I've seen Lorna a few times now, really helpful looking into solutions for multiple of my issues and looking at alternatives to reduce pain 10/10 would recommend for people dealing with migranes or joint issues

From chiropractic to reflexology treatments, Living Health is a place you feel calm and at peace while receiving treatment. The staff are all friendly and kind and yet very professional. I would highly recommend giving it a try.

Been going for years for maintenance of a back problem. Prevention is better than a cure. Kept me playing sport at a good level into my 60th year soo glad i found this place 🖕💕
