Must be the worst doctors surgery in the country. The attitudes of the staff are disgusting, I had the misfortune of speaking to one of the receptionists this morning, a young lady that goes by the name of Charlie. She was so rude, abrupt and clearly held prejudices.

I arrived a little late for my appointment, due to my mental health issues and the medication that they have put me on, I don’t sleep much. None of this was taken into consideration, rather, I was spoken to like a piece of dirt.

How does she sleep at night knowing she has treated people so unprofessionally? Probably because she feels they are beneath her and she is better than them.

Says it’s rude when u speak but she speaks over you make it make sense please
So patronising when I told her I’m a nurse “ well if you were a nurse then you would know” - is that something you say when talking about patients ?
Needs replacing asap I know I wouldn’t be the only one who’s complained about her

They are totally joke.
A medicine I need after every one or two month for Hey fever every time I request for it and I explain them please request the doctor to write down the specific brand as I’m telling you otherwise every time Pharmacy giving me generic brand and it doesn’t work with me it’s totally wasting my money. But I’m fed up now with them even they won’t give me doctor appointment. Even their service is now worst for the lovely excuse of corona.

About on last July I requested for a repeat prescription and I turned up to the Medical Center on time, door was close for corona. Someone came out after calling, I asked him for my prescription, he replied to collect from the pharmacy. I told him my prescription shouldn’t go to the pharmacy because usually I don’t collect from this pharmacy I collect from GP reception. He went back to his desk again and came back said It is on the way to your home for delivery. I replied it’s impossible. Because I never ask for delivery and if someone do delivery to my home now their is no one at my house to pay for the medicine. Then The guy went back to inside and came back. Said - the medicine you requested for is not available here. I asked him can you please simply give me the prescription, then I can find out where is the medicine available. So far I know there are about 10 pharmacy in 2 miles radius from little horton medical Center, but he mentioned the medicine is only available at BD8 , I forgot the pharmacy name. He already made me upset with his service so I thought won’t waste the time to look at other pharmacy and I went to the pharmacy he mentioned and bought from there.
The medicine were just 2 Inhaler brown 1 and blue1.
I don’t understand about his drama.
Anyway still we are thankful because of you are doing too much paperwork for us. You know medical Center does too much paperwork, not much service for patients.

Reception very rude and mean I had a miscarriage because of them they told me am not pregnant so I was doing usual picking up heavy stuff cleaning then later starting bleeding heavy went to hospital they said am pregnant and that am having miscarriage pregnant again after 6 months they said the same thing that am not pregnant worst GP doctors ever even doctors even receptionist only doctor that was good was doktor akhtar

Disgusting service recieved today! Ended up coming abit late which i apologized for numerous times and they still kept repeating the same sentence acting like i was lying. Rude receptionist telling me I should be greatful that I’m still being seen which is none of your business. If doctor didn’t want to see me anymore they should’ve said instead of then becoming bitter and giving comments to patients whilst i was holding my baby. Disgusting staff who need to be replaced. Also recieved a letter on the way out stating why I was late And lying about me?. Blonde hair bob lady at reception with glasses and the hijab lady who handed me the letter so rude. Please little horton lane get new staff. If I was late doctor should’ve then said that she doesn’t want to see me instead she still decided too so why are all the staff then giving comments? You’re not better than anyone because you work at the surgery get over yourselves.

Absolutely disgusting Service I have been going to this Doctors for over five years and today I received the most disgusting service I have ever ever experienced due to a sudden move, I had to move further from my Doctors but due to anxiety I kept at this Doctors the man declined to help me because I had ti move he was extremely disrespectful to me the way he spoke to me was absolutely disgusting this man should not be allowed to work on the phones I am never ever coming back here

If I could give Dr Gilkars practice a minus star, I would.

When you call, they take forever answering.
When you request an appointment, they tell you they are either full or the doctor isn't in, and you can't book for the following day either.

I've been sat in the surgery when the phone has rang and the ladies behind the counter will be on Snap Chat on their phone rather than answering the desk phone... Honestly the fact some of these people are qualified enough to work for the NHS is probably the reason why the NHS is suffering...

When they do eventually pick up, you feel so grateful to hear someone's voice that you ignore that unrefined Bradford accent which would usually make you run a mile.

The reception staff are so rude.
I missed a call from them and when I called back, I was accused of wasting their time. I told them we needed to see a female doctor, and yet they referred us to a male doctor, who then referred it back for a female doctor... The dimwit on reception needs to know the practice policies instead of accusing the patient of wasting their time.

I've sent a formal complaint and I'm going to be referring the matter to the local Trust... This practice is not fit for purpose and needs to be investigated fully. It simply is not on, they are funded by the tax payer and they behave like they are doing the local community a favour.... Honestly avoid and sign up with a different practice if possible.

Absolutely disgusting receptionist, was on hold for 3 hours only to get through to a rude receptionist. As a receptionist myself there is no need for someone to be this rude. When i asked to speak to a manager she dropped the call on me absolutely disgusting should be shut down on account of the reception staff. Unable to help anyone just disgusting people
