Little harwood health centre is the place where you can have access to local doctors & community nurse. Very easily accessible & on the main road. Staff are very good & always helpful with medical problems. There are doctors who speak other languages too if english is not your first language. Only problem is getting through on the phones in morning for appointments & being in the long phone que. Enjoy the music on phone when waiting in line. Also now they have a digital gp app for making online appointments so thats another way to make or cancel your appointments online on the app. You have to download the app to your mobile & then you have access to services

Unorganised and slow service, Dr Shake is very rude and is difficult to understand, I had an appointment with him at 9am over the phone, come 3:30 pm he had not rung, he claimed to be ‘running behind’ by 6 and a half hours. When he finally did ring he was extremely rude and abrupt, he was shouting and seemed as though he could not wait to get rid of me! Would definitely never have him again I’ll stick with Dr Masters.

Dr shake is very rude unprofessional hard to understand , telling me to go and buy medication that can only be prescribed, I was then seen by Kate who prescribed it otherwise I was having to mess around for another appointment, that has took me 3 weeks to get one, Dorothy the receptionist is extremely rude and needs to learn some some manners shouldn't be working with people. Shocking service they have far to many patients for what they can deal with, I work in clinical setting

Dr Naveen Reddy...
That's who my wife went to see today who seemed more concerned about getting her out of the door than to give her the right course of medication.
Wife had an appointment last week but the infection didn't clear so she went back in only to be treated like just a number to tick off.
Absolute shambles.
Most of out visits have been fine but you will get the odd occasion when you end up with a Doctor who simply has no concern about his patients.

you order online and leave a request for one in the comments box ,then find out the doctor does not look at the comments box ,so then you have to phone up,doing the job twice

Very difficult to get repeat medication. My partner is very Poorly and forced to order her repeat medication herself weekly! For no reason! The pharmacy can’t order for you..So every week I have to argue n fight reception staff to re order them to find out why it’s not gone to the chemist when it’s supposed too. They have the poor chemist up the wall every week! Never mind me who has to travel from work to get it every week and every week there’s issues..Oh n good luck trying to get an appointment it’s pot luck who gets through at 8am. Currently looking to get a new gp practice so she’s treated like a human being. I get a better service for my pet dog at the vets

Extremely disappointed with my visit to this GP. I've struggled with a severe dandruff problem for over 10 years, and rather than receiving professional medical advice, I was casually told to use "Head and Shoulders" shampoo. Even after emphasizing the gravity of my situation, I was met with indifference and no actionable solutions. This level of carelessness is unacceptable from a medical professional. I strongly advise against registering with this GP; seek out a more attentive and knowledgeable practitioner elsewhere.
