Don't no why they're rated so low, they absolutely don't deserve it! I've been with them since my daughter was born 6 years ago I now have a son registered with them too and they've never failed me or my kids, the nurses, Drs and reception staff are all a credit to the surgery and I'm forever greatful!

I have been coming to this surgery for years and they are very helpful. I would like applaud Dr Shah especially as he is honestly in my opinion the BEST doctor at the surgery! He is very caring and thorough, very knowledgeable really knows his stuff.

I've been a patient for many years, i think it is an AMAZING surgery. The staff are patient, friendly and accommodating. I went in today to to check my own blood pressure, the receptionist wasn't happy with my results so managed to get a doctor to see me within half an hour.
In an emergency I've always been seen on the day. They are great with my whole family.

We all know the problems with getting am appointment at the doctors, but Little Bishey Surgery dont make the process easier.

Waiting for 36 minutes from 8:30 to try and book an appointment I can go to. I am informed I can't book one for the afternoon, but need to call back at 2 pm

Sadly I didn't make a fuss but listened to them and did what they asked

At 2pm I join a 10 minute queue only to be informed any spaces are only for medical emergencys

I could lie I suppose, or maybe go to A+E

I work for the NHS myself, however, I do not make things any harder for patients than they need to be, unlike this place

Been with Little Bushey Surgery for over 6 years now.

After moving around, I would safely say this is the best surgery I have experienced as a patient.

I find I can speak to reception quickly when booking an appointment.

Dr Ganguly is brilliant. I always feel I am listened to and leave feeling reassured when speaking to him.

Even though it is not the nearest Surgery to me, I wouldn't move as I appreciate the level of care that is provided to patients.

Having always been really happy with the team at LBS, today I had to deal with a receptioinst who was just so stuck up, it was beyond stupid. Having defended the practice in the past. Now I just think they are a bunch of jobs-worths who think they can just talk down to patients.

the receptionist are so helpful, doctors are so personable,
the patients who complain ,would probably complain if they were
to go to be seen privately in Harley Street.
Do you not acknowledge amount of pressure there is in NHS.
Dr Ganguli and his team are the best in the area, i work in customer services for largest media company in Europe.
Show some appreciation , for the service these guys offer.
