The reception don't organise things well.
They aren't trustworthy. Within 2 days they change what they are saying. If the patient has the right to be angry they hang up the phone on you. I think it's better they get a young staff so the work on the patient doesn't get forgotten and ignored. They make you an appointment and when you go you actually see the doctor 40 minutes after the appointment time because they don't organise it well. When you tell them why have I been waiting all this time to see my doctor they say don't tell me tell the doctor. Its better.

This GP is so bad. I don't recommend, the receptionist is so rude. I believe her name is Mina. She has no compassion and does not understand great customer service.

I am patient of Lisson Grove health centre since 2009 until now. All the Doctors, staff members are very good. Also Nurses are very good. They listen to patients and willing to all the necessary support to make patients feel better.
Ali is very good. My housing condition was very bad. He helped me by writing my landlord regarding my house condition and how this affected my health condition.
I am very blessed that we have service like that. Who cares for their patients.
Thank you so much for all your help and support.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Adam Bakker is the least helpful medic I've ever encountered. He is stingey in every sense. He is so painfully reluctant to even assign long over due standard check ups or give basic run of the mill advice. Instead, he avoids all of your questions and makes nonsense jokes of a condescending nature in response, and you're left in no way better off than when you booked the appointment.
He will not investigate anything. To your serious heath concerns, he responds with "I think it's fine." When you request examination, he responds with "you can have pain relief, or see someone else."
Adam literally acts like a pharmacist, not a general practitioner. He behaves as if he has absolutely no more knowledge or qualifications than a pharmacist. In fact, he doesn't even compare to most pharmacists.
On the upside, he is due to retire soon.

Dr Kamal is not much better at all. She came for an emergency home visit over a week ago, said she'd write two prescriptions and book two appointments and has not done any of these or been in contact. Dispite the immense pain she knows the patient to be in currently and every day, she hasn't acted upon her duty of care at all. I dont believe there's an excuse for this. It literally takes two minutes. She is highly uncaring. Doesn't seem to care at all about the level of constant pain, offers no advice at all after being asked.

As for the clinic, it's very unorganised. Staff constantly misinform you about your own appointments, opening hours and services etc. And book you in to see the wrong doctors when you need to see a specific one such as a podiatrist when you need a dermatologist. So you end up having multiple fruitless and pointless appointments before you see the appropriate doctor. This is one reason they are always so busy. It's then a month down the line before you're properly seen after these wasted appointments when they could have just assigned you to the type of doctor you initially needed. And this was, in my experience, an acknowledged emergency situation. It's not acceptable for a place of medicine. I wasn't aware that a doctors surgery could be this flaky and dismissive. Ive also seen multiple staff blatantly lie and make things up to get out of doing anything.

Dr Vanessa Sivam has always listened carefully during consultations, provided clear explanations and took the time to address my concerns. I left the surgery feeling confident about my care plan. She is a very caring, compassionate doctor. My experience was very good and nothing could have been done better.
Best wishes,
Noura Mohamed
