I was on holiday recently in Herefordshire and wanted to find a local line dance class I could attend whilst away! After searching the internet I found this class run by Dev who I learned had been teaching line dancing for over 25 years! Was I glad I found this class. It was everything I hoped it would be. I’ve been line dancing since just before the pandemic and I certainly didn’t feel out of place here.

Dev runs through each dance thoroughly and in turn also makes it easy for beginners. He also runs beginners only sessions just in case anyone was interested in taking up this fun fab way of dance.

I would certainly recommend Dev’s classes to anyone who is thinking of taking up or looking for a line dancing class to join! First rate!

Dev is a really good teacher, he is very patient with beginners going over the steps several times with us before the dance begins. He always makes a point of encouraging us when it comes to a more difficult move. I have been going to his class for 4 weeks now and can honestly say I have learnt a lot in a short period of time, thanks to his style as teaching.

Dev is a brilliant teacher who is very experienced. He tailors the lessons to your ability and the whole group is very friendly and welcoming. We've learnt lots of routines in the past 4 sessions and we look forward to our first social dance event night.

I'd wanted to try line dancing for years, so at the beginning of 2019 (as a New Year resolution) I gave it a go. I was a bit nervous at first but I needn't have worried, the instructor (Dev) is so easy going that I felt at ease right away. If you think it may be a bit 'Strictly Come Dancing' you are dead wrong, such a relaxed friendly atmosphere you won't find anywhere else! Dev has the patience of a Saint and is fun too, so are the others that go. I was hooked! 12 months on and I am dancing (well trying) every Monday and Thursday. Not only that, I have found a world of Country & Western music lovers I didn't know existed. Brilliant fun, excellent exercise, all for a fiver. I recommend it to anyone and of any age, it beats going to the boring gym anytime!

Back dancing again with Dev after lockdown. Great to be outside enjoying the fresh air, meeting up with friends & most importantly, line dancing, after months of being at home. Really good to be back after all these months, & even remembered all the steps once we got going! Thank you Dev, look forward to lots more dancing.

Well worth the 12.5 miles travel for me to dance in one of Dev's classes, I go to the Holme Lacey group, it's ideal for me returning after a few years off. Great teacher, great welcome. Try it, you won't be disappointed!
