I first started speaking to Lindsay in 2019 mostly struggling with depression, anxiety, at the time.

Lindsay was brilliant, not only is she an excellent active listener, but she also taught me key psychological concepts, which allowed me to educate myself further and deeply understand how I as a person work.

It sounds cliché but for me personally it did really change my life. I haven't felt the need to go to therapy now for years, but will be forever grateful to Lindsay for all the help she gave me when I really needed it.

Lindsay was recommended to me when I was going through a particularly traumatic period during my divorce. I went to see Lindsay when I was at a very low ebb in my life. The recent death of my mother had caused some deeply buried childhood experiences to re-emerge. In my first interview with Lindsay I began to cry, and couldn't stop. Having had therapy for along time, I can honestly say that Lindsay is by far the most successful in terms of my healing. In a relatively short period of time, I gained so much from her sessions. She is quietly spoken and asks questions in such a way that it is easy to respond without feeling judged.
