Went to have my implant taken out and the lady with dark hair and glasses that saw me was so so lovely.

Chatted to me about random things as I was really nervous and made sure I was ok throughout the appointment. She even did her best to avoid my tattoo which I thought was so thoughtful.

I couldn’t recommend this place more highly, especially to people who are very anxious ☺️

As a nervous uni student, the nurses couldnt have been more supporting during my appointment, leading you through the and answering all questions whilst calming the nerves. All super sweet staff!!

Been here three times in the past 4 years, once for a health screening, once for a coil IUD fitting and the third for the coil IUD removal. Each time the nurses and doctors were welcoming and calming. Will only ever use London House for sexual health needs, as much more understanding and no feeling of being judged like you get with some GP

I think this facility is getting unjust negative reviews. The reason why it is difficult to get an appointment is because all of the GP’s refer all related cases to these specialist nurses. I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment for a coil consultation then I booked ahead for the fitting. Personally I would much rather have a specialist nurse fit it compared to a GP. I was nervous about having the IUD copper coil fitted but the staff were incredible! The nurses explained the whole process, gave me a variety of options & put my mind at ease!

People are very quick to complain but I’d like to say thank you to all the staff! Keep up the fabulous job & ignore the negative reviews.

After this barrage of negative comments, they still return back to work & give a top notch service. Thank you!!

If you are considering this service, yes you may have to wait for an appointment, but to me that speaks volumes about the quality of service. If possible book in advance.

Reading these reviews I have no idea why the rating is so low! I've never had a problem getting an appointment or with any of the staff! Always very friendly, efficient, and welcoming! Will continue to use this service

Some of these reviews are stupid and over small things. Why don't they just walk to the place and book it themselves. I've never had a problem. EVER. Got my implant done ages ago and off to book an exchange and an implant removal. Great service. It shouldnt be over 1.6 out of 5.

I've been a patient here for the past year and I've always found them to be fantastically helpful - I've only once had trouble getting through on the phone and the Doctors, Nurses, Receptionists and Secretaries have been brilliant! I don't understand some of these posts; we're so lucky to have a Health Service that's free at point of use and always open in one way or another - there's always help available and I've never had an uncaring health worker ... EVER!

Working in the health industry myself i was disappointed with the whole service at the clinic this time, at the reception they couldn't find my name on the appointment list even though i had a piece of headed paper given to me when i booked an appointment in person, the day i booked my appointment i was told that i will receive a text message to confirm my appointment, however no text came through. I was accepted in to be seen by the nurse after showing a proof that i actually booked my appointment. During the appointment the nurse didn't seem to know exactly what she's doing even after giving her all the details required, again she asked me if i received a text message to confirm my appointment and i said no. She then remembered that the trxt message systems isn't working so she told me. Only one text done. And as expected the results came negative while I'm still feeling the symptoms. I kind of lost faith in their service. I don't trust them anymore. Oh the urine sample results came 8 days later
