My 19 year old daughter has been a patient since birth. She needs to see a doctor or nurse to address the issues she has. She filled in the "form" was assured of contact for appointment within a set criteria by the practice. That criteria has passed and no contact. She is in excruciating pain but not enough for A&E. The urgent care facility in corby will be attended if Linden don't contact her tomorrow. I will also be submitting a formal complaint to the CQC as this practice is not performing to their own guidelines.
