You get your calls on time( unless an emergency has accrued etc)
Carers are kind,smart and you don’t feel rushed

My mum has recently come out of hospital and lincs have been coming in there care is excellent nothing is too much trouble they have time to chat to mum and if you ring with a problem they sort it out no trouble
