Had my first Physio appointment yesterday and a blonde lady called Sarah was amazing. I felt comfortable, informed and just so happy with how kind she was. I was a little late due to getting lost in the hospital and she still took time to see me:)

The receptionist on the other hand, unfortunately didn’t get her name was so rude, made me want to walk out and had a lump in my throat from how upset she made me feel. I should’ve got her name but it was no way to speak to a nervous patient and i genuinely hope she can work on her nastiness and unnecessary comments.
